HORRIBLE!!! My mom literally went here today & mind you.. she knows everything & knows how to pronounce stuff. Today, she gets called right??? Dude, literally the woman attending her is SICK AND YOU CAN'T EVEN UNDERSTAND WHAT SHES SAYINGG!!!! Sounded like she was damn being suffocated alive and then was questioning & asking my mom stuff, has the audacity to get 'mad' and upset that my mom doesn't understand her when she LITERALLY SOUNDS LIKE SHES A ZOMBIE?? Literally everyone that she had attended had failed the Citizen test, its not a shocker because who goes to work like that when they are sick? Literally nobody, do better, get better staff. This is so embarrassing cause why am I, a 14 year old, knowing better than a person working for the gov?? Horrible staff, didn't even ask my mom how her day was going, didn't even look at my mom when asking the questions. This is so crazy that people are failing just because someone is sick, literally feeling horrid for both my mom & everyone that failed, to the lady that attended my mom & was sick, I genuinely hope you know that you suck at your job & its not anyones fault but yours that they can't understand you, literally going to work while being sick & can't even speak is insane!!!!!! Oh and to also add on.. literally marked that my mom doesn't understand english well?? When the paper of failure was only marked as not understanding english well (my mom does understand english well, literally knows when I'm cursing or insulting someone) but DOESN'T MARK THAT SHE WROTE & READ WELL IN ENGLISH?? How does that even line up dude??? So embarrassing for that lady who works there, nothing lined up with what happened. BOO!!!!!! HORRID SERVICE!! Its no wonder like a quarter of reviews...
Read moreIâm giving this place 3 stars less because of the awful security guards at the entrance. The guy at the door acts like he's the boss and is practically unintelligible. It was only 7:30 a.m., and he was already annoyed. Please understand that this might be our first time doing this paperwork, and we are nervous! Many of us are here to take the citizenship test, which makes people a bit anxious. If you donât like giving directions, youâre in the wrong job! On a positive note, the officers inside are very nice and polite, and my waiting time was less than 2 hours. Good luck!
UPDATE from my citizenship ceremony: Unfortunately, I didnât have a great experience today either. The same guy at the door was EXTREMELY rude, yelling at people for no reason and expecting everyone to magically know what he wanted. Once inside and through security, we had to give up our green cards and answer more questions. Some officers, not all, were impatient and rude, talking to people like they were toddlers. Iâm so glad I donât have to go back again! If theyâre that rude in the morning, I canât imagine how theyâd be in...
Read moreI had my USCIS interview on June 25 with my husband, and I want to commend the entire staff at the field office for their exceptional service! From the moment we arrived, every employee we encountered was professional, courteous, and helpful! Officer Eduardo, in particular, stood out with his friendly demeanor, which put both my husband and me at ease throughout the entire process. He was thorough and took the time to explain each step clearly, ensuring we understood everything. We truly appreciate his dedication and the efficient manner in which he conducted the interview!
Thank you, everyone at the field office, for making a potentially nerve-wracking day into a pleasant and reassuring one for my...
