Coppell Nature Park is a beautiful little area full of interesting little pathways and streams. This is a lovely place to visit.

One of the things that I most adored about this location was that it had a cute stepping stone pathway across one of its streams. Another thing that I loved was that one of the roots to one of the trees sat directly in the middle of stone stairs that had been placed, as if it had been placed as a stair, too.

The bird observation was completely abandoned while I was there, I think that was mainly because of the time of year that I went but it could have been because of my dogs. I was very excited to see it, I had never visited a park with a bird observation before and I think it's one of the most interesting things that I've seen, regardless of it being so empty.

I didn't see anyone here when I first arrived, only as I was leaving. It was very quiet and empty, I had my dogs with me and at one point they got a bit spooked by something but I never saw anything. I noticed while taking pictures that my phone lost service a couple of times and I think that's something to potentially keep in mind if you're taking this trail.

Overall, I had a great time here. I always wanted to visit this park again but it was a little of a drive and I never made it back...

Great to have this park. It is not huge, but it is one of the bigger parks in the area. Trails are well marked and kept in good shape. No real views to speak of but the positive here is that 90%+ of the trails are shaded, so you can go in the middle of summer and not get scorched.

Perfect for just getting in some leisurely outdoor exercise. Trail is what I would call easy. Trails are all covered in wood chips and no notable elevation changes. The areas where there is slight elevation have stairs. Even the parking is easy. This is attached to little league and soccer fields so there is parking for literally hundreds of cars. Lots of benches randomly set throughout the trails.

Yes, this is in the DFW landing flight path so there will constantly be planes flying over. And you probably never are more than a couple hundred yards from civilization, but still it’s nice to have...

Don’t go to this park. Very few people will be there and there is no security cameras where your car is parked. There is high time chances you can get attacked. Me along with friends saw the high review and went for a walk on Sunday evening and after we are back after 1 hour what we saw that some one broke the passenger window. There were 2 cars parked and both were broken. The park is a bit inside so once you go in there is no visibility of your car. I had kept my wallet and phone inside the handrest so that it was not visible but that also got stolen. Police had informed they won’t be able to find who has broke the car or stole the things because there was no security camera around. I am writing such a review so that nothing similar happens to anyone. Stay SAFE , don’t go to this park. I feel thieves are watching...

This is a free of charge natural park. There are several trails available that allow you to walk through the forest and enjoy nature. One of the trails crosses a small creek which I thought was nice. The trails are well marked but my advice is to take a picture of the map so that you don't get lost. It should take you about an hour to run all the paths but longer if you are walking with kids. A very nice place where you can relax
