[Final edit] The correct door latches were delivered and installed in late May.
[Update 5/5/21]: ProSource fixed our countertop on 4/9. At first the staff didn’t want to cut it to the size according to the spec and asked that they cut a hole in the wall and insert the counter top into the wall. We declined to have our walls cut. They did reluctantly agree and completed the task at the end. As of 5/5/2021, the cabinet door latches that the staff forgot to order as part of our cabinet purchase are still missing with no date for estimated delivery and install. Still waiting and hearing “will find time” from the staff and vendors. The cabinets were installed back on 3/26/2021. Let’s see how long it will take before I come back for an update.
—— Original review from 4/5/21: After 4 months of finalizing agreement and exact spec for our wet bar counter and cabinet design with ProSource and thousands of money paid, our cabinets are missing push mechanism and the installation team installed an incorrectly measured and cut quartz countertop to my wet bar. The countertop is popping out of the corner like an eyesore as pictured. I've spent countless hours on this renovation to remove the previous wet bar that stuck out of the corner in order to create a modern look flushed to the wall. Well, ProSource slapped it right back regardless of the months we've spent on the spec. When we reported the issue and missing piece, no solution is confirmed. It's been 7 days and I'm still waiting to hear back from ProSource as to when the team is going to make the fix according to the agreed-upon spec. I will update here when I receive an update for a solution to replace the countertop to the spec and supply the missing mechanism. So far, I've only experienced incompetency and do not...
Read moreWe used ProSource four years ago with our bathroom and I wrote this review: Amazing selection, service and expertise! I've been working with Kim and Melanie on a bathroom remodel and both continue to amaze me with their knowledge and "can do" approach. I can't express how grateful I am for their support, and the pricing is terrific too. No question this is the best place to buy building materials in the Coppell area.
We are now remodeling our kitchen (June 2025) and once again, I can't say enough good about my experience with ProSource. This time Kayleigh, a designer, and Jackie, a customer service rep, were the ones to help us. They, like the staff four years ago, were professional and extremely knowledgeable and I had another fantastic experience. Kayleigh even went the extra mile to convince a slab vendor to hold slabs we had seen longer than is usual and then worked to get us the best price possible. Plus, she had some terrific design advice on cabinet pulls and cabinet edges even though we were having custom ones built instead of buying the cabinets. Jackie was extremely responsive, and was even able to give me some good contractor recommendations which enabled us to find a great person to do our kitchen.
In short, ProSource hit it out of the ballpark again and we cannot recommend them highly enough - excellent service, wide range of quality products and great pricing. What more could...
Read moreI originally started at the Allen ProSource, and do not recommend that store. I gave ProSource in general another shot by going into the Coppell location (which is actually much closer to me anyway) and I can tell you the staff makes ALL the difference. Kim S. has been helping me and my designer and has been very easy and pleasant to work with. We were able to select tile that was available. There are a lot of items that just aren't available right now due to Covid related supply chain issues. As we selected tiles she would go and call the MFG while we were still looking to ensure it was available, if it wasn't she let us know right then so we could move on and select something else, this was a completely opposite experience than I had at the...
