we were there on 5-29-17 for the memorial day weekend and we had a really bad experience with two of the guys of the staff at the beach. we rented a pedal boat at it, and the persons at the store where you have to pay were so nice to us. they explain everything we have to do to rent the boat and really nice persons. but once we go down to get the boat, the two guys were really rude to us. as most of the people there renting their equipment , we didn't know how to maneuver the boat and they don't even explain or help with it! they just told us which one was and we have to struggle about 5 or 10 minutes to depart from the deck and the two guys from the staff were just laughing at us! at the office we were told that we can switch persons out of the boat since we rented for an hour. they just ask to write down the names of the persons to use the boat. at the time we switch persons at the deck one of the guys keep acting rude at us and mention that switching persons on the boat wasn't permitted and he said that it was the only time he was going to allow us to do it or otherwise he will take the boat away from us. and never help us to get on to the boat as he was doing with other persons as we can see prior to us. at the end of the boat rental, when we came back to the deck. one of the guys finally decided to help us, but always acting with attitude. at the time we all said thanks to the two guys they don't even reply to us. I do believe that we didn't deserve that kind of treatment, specially when we paid for the services. we didn't get anything for free! honestly I don't think we ever get their stuff again and we will never recommend anybody to get it! is it really sad to have to deal with people like that specially when you are paying for...
Read moreI recently had the incredible opportunity to experience zip lining, and I must say, the guides played a pivotal role in making it an unforgettable adventure. From the moment we arrived, their professionalism and enthusiasm were evident.
Our guides were not only knowledgeable about the equipment and safety procedures, but they also took the time to ensure that everyone felt comfortable and confident before taking off. Their detailed instructions and warm demeanor helped ease any nerves, allowing us to fully enjoy the breathtaking views and adrenaline-pumping thrills.
Throughout the course, the guides kept the energy high with their infectious enthusiasm, sharing interesting facts about the surrounding landscape and even cracking jokes, which made the experience even more enjoyable. They were attentive and supportive, encouraging us to challenge ourselves while prioritizing our safety.
What truly stood out was their commitment to ensuring that each participant had a memorable experience. They went above and beyond, taking the time to connect with each of us, making sure we were having fun, and capturing amazing photos along the way.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend these zip line guides highly enough. Their expertise, enthusiasm, and genuine care for their guests transformed an ordinary zip lining experience into an extraordinary adventure. If you're looking for a thrilling and safe zip lining experience, these guides are the ones to go with!
Again thanks a lot Scott Karly and Jessy we really enjoyed our...
Read moreWe had a family reunion at Unicoi park this weekend and 10 of us signed up for the Screaming Eagle zipline - it was awesome! Our guides were Braham and Cole and they were knowledgeable, professional and funny. It’s clear they enjoy their jobs, and their energy is contagious. The age range in our group was 64 (youngest is 8 years old and oldest is 72!) so it was a great activity for the whole family. The guides were SO patient with our crazy family and our youngest and oldest members….we never felt rushed. The Level 1 course was just right for our group, but I can’t wait to go back again and try all 3 courses, especially #3 which zips over the lake! Plan for extra time if your group is large, and prepare to be hot/sweaty if it’s summer months. The course itself was only an hour, but the instructional session prior to the course was about 30min plus some waiting time. We didn’t have much of a breeze in the treetops, but there was plenty of shade so minimal sunscreen was needed. They take photos of you along the way and email them to you afterward (no extra $). Bring cash to leave a good tip for...
