So a month ago I placed an online order with a pick up for this location. Last week I received a confirmation that my order was ready to pick up. I went to the store and a very nice Assistant Manager named, Andrea from the Green Valley store was helping at this location. She tried her best but could not locate my order. She had a positive attitude and was very helpful throughout the whole ordeal, despite being pulled in other directions from her other two associates and customers. After not being able to find my order she called the Assistant Store Manager, Elaine, on the phone, for this location as the Store Manager was on leave. Elaine unfortunately was not helpful, she stated I should wait until tomorrow until another truck comes in. I stated I just wanted to take store credit or a refund as I was not able to come back and my confirmation reflected my item was delivered a week ago. She refused and stated I would have to go through the online process. I then asked to speak to the District Manager, which Andrea suggested I speak to earlier, and Elaine stated " I know how it works. I know what they are going to tell you. We don't have anything to do with money or store credit with online orders so they will just tell you the same thing. We can't do that." Sadly she was rude and argumentative the entire interaction. Andrea then called her District Manager, Jaime, who stated I could have the store credit and take the items I ordered off the shelf, no problem. The whole ordeal took about 45 minutes for the DM to provide a 5 minute resolution. Excellent service provided by DM, Jaime, and Green Valley ASM Andrea! Sadly I cannot say the same for ASM, Elaine for this location. I will not be ordering online for a pick up at this location...

THIS STORE IS CLOSE TO MY HOME FOR US TO GO TO ..BUT LATELY STARTING TO GO TO THE DOLLAR STORE OFF OF HIDDEN VALLEY PKWY ,NORCO CA ...THE SERVICE IS WAY MORE BETTER SO VERY FRIENDLY..LOT MORE SELECTION AT THIS STORE ,MORE CRAFTS,COLD FOOD SELECTION ETC.. U ASK FOR HELP AND THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM HELPING THERE CUSTOMERS..BUSY OR NOT THEY TAKE THE TIME TO HELP..

I took the same bill to the Mobile off McKinley and and Griffin and their machine was able to verify the bill was good. I called and informed the staff that their machine might not be working correctly and she promptly reminded me that they have the right to refuse service to anyone if things "dont look right". Perhaps being a young African American male that happened to be lounging in Nike slippers and and shorts DIDNT LOOK RIGHT.
