Edit: So I was gonna edit this to put five stars because they fixed the problem but ultimately they didn't. Andrew contacted us almost immediately after this review went up and then said he talked to his district manager and got us the bed frame we tested and was gonna send it our way. Then he called back a little bit later saying that we would have to pay half of the difference(300). So that's twice he's offered the frame and took it back.
Finally after some back and forth we got the frame replacement set up. Or so we thought.
The replacement came today and it STILL wasn't what we tested. The one we tested and he offered at $800 was a Leggett and Platte 500 base. I remember the remote control vividly. This one we received was the mattress Firm brand(600). I am so annoyed by this whole process and over it. I got screwed.
Don't show and promise customers one thing then sell something else of lesser quality. It's shady and just a waste of my time. I'm leaving it one stars.
Everything was fine(we got discounts and upgrades on pillow combo) except for the bait and switch on adjustable frame. I normally wouldn't care but I really don't like being lied to on something I'm buying.
We tested one and the salesman(Andrew) said the frame we were testing was 800 after incorporating the cost of the free frame they offer into it. The one we tried out had USB plug-ins and a massage feature. He never mentioned the name of the frame. We came back about ten days later and said we want a mattress with that bed frame(pointed to it) for 800. He never once mentioned it was not going to be that frame. So when I saw the receipt I just thought that was the adjustable frame since I was never told the name. It was delivered and set up(fast and professional). I checked it all and it worked. Signed for it and had to take care of something real quick. When I got to test it out I noticed the remote was different, no massage feature, and no USB. Turns out it's not even the one he showed us and quoted the price on. I'm really disappointed because I got fooled.
So if you go, then just make sure you know exactly what you're testing and what your getting. Don't get...

My wife, my grandson and I arrived to the store and Marco greeted us with a smile and opened the door for us and let us in. I told him that I had called earlier and that I wanted to see what the difference was in the mattresses that he carried. I had heard alot about the Purple mattresses so he took us to them first. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the product lines and he made it clear to us what the differences were and the warranties were. We tested pretty much every brand in the store and Marco made us feel welcomed and not rushed at all. As we tried the different mattresses he explained the benefits in detail which made it interesting and fun. After laying all over the stoe we came to a decision on the Temur-Pedic and he explained all the purchasing options to us clearly. We gave him our option for purchase. He then offered us the discounts and additional warranties available. We opted for the adjustable frame and let us know about the extended warranty on it, which we purchased. He the told us about the pillows,sheets, mattress cover bundles and explained both the benefits and differences in them. We decided to go with their top of the line bundle. The mattress cover protection seemed very good. Marco processed us quickly and set up the delivery time as we requested. He was very professional, polite and upbeat. He made the purchase a very good experience. He also assured us that if we have any future issues with the mattress or questions he would personally assist us. We enjoyed him and the experience. They offered 5 years interest free financing and a free Exchange for up to 120 days. For the first couple of months our sales reps representative which was a manager David Martinez was very responsive and very helpful after we went on vacation and came back home approximately 90 days after I purchase the support, return calls and any contact whatsoever completely stopped. I have called repeatedly to the corporate office with them offering no help whatsoever other than saying that they will email my representative and assuring me that he would call within the next 24 to 48 hours. For the next month I have never heard anything no one has called and I've even threatened to have the bed taken back. I was repeatedly assured that if they couldn't reach my representative they would go over his head and find his manager and they finally they told me they'd even find someone at corporate that was over the entire show division still I've heard nothing back so tomorrow morning I will be calling the bank that has the loan and I will be canceling the account and waiting to hear from them to pick up the bed.
