I chose this establishment based on strong reviews and a personal recommendation from a friend for phone repair services. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations I had hoped for.
On Thursday, April 24th, I dropped off my device for a diagnostic assessment. The staff assured me they would provide an update within a few hours. However, since they had my phone, there was no alternative contact method provided, which created the first communication challenge.
I followed up the next day, Friday, April 26th, and was informed that the issue appeared to be with the power supply. I was told the phone would need to be shipped to a third-party repair facility, with an estimated turnaround of 7â10 days. I then provided my brotherâs contact information to ensure there would be a reliable way to reach me with updates.
After a week without any communication, I followed up again on May 1st and was told the issue had been re-diagnosed as a motherboard problem, extending the repair timeline by another 7â10 days. I also learned that the phone had not been shipped until April 28thâseveral days after I was initially told it would be. When I asked about the lack of updates, staff stated they had attempted to contact me, though no calls or messages were received on my brotherâs phone.
While the process was frustrating and communication could have been handled more effectively, I did appreciate receiving a 30% discount and being able to keep my phone's memory intact. Itâs now been a few weeks since the repair, and the device has been working well without any issues.

   Read moreI took my iPhone 11 in for repair for a cracked screen. They fixed it in a timely manner however failed to inform me that they would be using 3rd party parts (not Apple certified). This results in a permanent notification in my iphone settings and prevents Best Buy and Apple from repair in the future. Had I been informed properly, I would not have moved forward with the repair. Shortly after, my phone was glitching when texting. I was notified of their 30 day policy and brought it in before the 30 days. They did not see the problem so they would not fix it. The texting problem continued but I never got it fixed having surpassed the 30 days.
Months later I had a worse problem. The poor repair and 3rd party parts resulted in severe damage when dropped in water. iPhones are water resistant and can stand to be in water for up to 5 feet for 30 minutes and my unfortunate submersion was nowhere near this and lasted 2 seconds. With this poor repair job from iTech Xpress, my phone was severely damaged beyond repair and no legitimate business would help since it was an illegitimate part.
