Thunder Alley — Attraction in Covington

Yesterday was my daughters 9th bday. I called a month in advance to set this up. I wanted the party for 28th Oct. But they were "all booked up" so they said 5 to 7 Sunday 29th which is late for a school night so i worried but it was my daughters actual bday so i decided it was fine. So I planned this for a whole month. Was gonna spend over 500 and tip well as I always do. however when I got there my man carried in the cake and they knew the name of the party b4 we said anything told us they was closed and sent him back out. So I went in to speak to manager. And then they acted like our name wasn't even written down in the books yet they just spoke to us by name of party. I showed them on my call log where I talked to them a month ago and set it up. He kept telling me nobody would have set me up for today cause they league at 6 takes up all the lanes. Like dang can i get 1 or 2 lanes my guy???? They couldnt even apologize cause they screwed up. He just kept repeating how his fiancee would have never booked anybody this day.And I told him we'll someone did cause i spoke to them. He kept repeating to me that his fiance would NOT have booked us for that day. Even after me showing him call log and all info I wrote down to plan. I was trying to be understanding. But as a mom my daughters heart was shattered. You would think with my name being in book for over a month they could have at least called and we could have figured something out. But they are just so unprofessional not to mention ruining kids childhood on important days of theyre lives. These people lost my business FOREVER! When i go out i spend money and tip very well ive worked in food n bev my whole life. You just dont treat people the way they treat people. Him and his fiancee need to get it together because there is not many places in covington to do kids fun indoors. They keep going like this they will be out of business for sure. They do NOT want your business anyway. Rude unprofessional and arogant. These people do not want your business and do not care about your child bday...

We had an awesome time at Thunder Alley. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was fun, energetic, and welcoming. The scoring system was super easy to use—even for beginners.

The Cameron and his staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The food and drinks were good as well. The pizza and Jalapeño poppers were a hit with our group!

They also had arcade games and pool tables, which kept everyone entertained between games. Whether you’re here with friends, family, or coworkers, this place has something for everyone.

We went to celebrate my daughter's 6th birthday. We got there and our name wasn't even on the reservation list even though we called a week ahead of time. We ordered 3 pizza's and it took 2 hours before we saw at least 2 of them. I was also overcharged I was told $40 for a lane and was charged $50.
