This was my first time visiting this location, but I've been to many others. My group of three arrive at the off-peak hour of 1:30 on a Sunday to dine in. There is one other customer inside and a couple cars in drive-thru. The first thing we notice upon entering is one of the two kiosks do not work. The second thing we notice is there is no hot or fire sauce. We place our orders at the kiosk as the two employees working have no interest in coming to the counter (busy with drive thru orders). Side note: this is the first time I have ever been to a taco bell with less than 4 employees. I go to wash my hands in the restroom before eating. I notice they feel weird and aren't clean. I wash them again, same result. Turns out there is hand sanitizer in the soap dispenser. I check the hand sanitizer dispenser to see if they got mixed up. Nope, that's hand sanitizer too. I go back out to retrieve my order. The employee does not give me the cup for the drink I ordered, so I ask for it. The employee then walks to the door, locks it, and tells us it's "take out only" today. I can only assume this is because they are too lazy and/or busy to worry about possibly cleaning any tables at any point during the day, even though they voluntarily unlocked the doors before we arrived. The 2nd person in my group gets their order and also has to ask for a drink. Same thing with 3rd person. During this time multiple people try to enter the restaurant because there is no sign informing they cannot enter, and we, customers, are inside. These people are confused and standing at the door thinking it is malfunctioning. Then, the same employee who locked the door earlier emerges from behind the counter, walks near the door and looks at the people trying to get in, and shakes his head "no". Even after all that, this could have been a two star review, however, a cheesy gordita crunch, which costs $4.30, was a cheesy soft taco crunch, as they used a soft taco shell on the outside. I added onions to one of my burritos and they missed that. I will also add that at no time were there more than 3 cars in the drive thru line while...
Read moreI’m from out of town and went through the drive through with my family. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with sauce on the side, then another chicken quesadilla with a soft taco supreme but the meal. My husband corrected me that I wanted a number 7. I then ordered a number 7. Got our food and had a hard taco (my 6 year old then informed us she had to go potty) I would have just pulled away and eaten it but decided to exchange it since I had to go in anyway. I walked in with the taco and told them that I received a hard taco and I had ordered a soft taco supreme. Instead of having a conversation with me, the manager tells me “no you didn’t, I never heard that, neither did my coworker”. I responded,” I ordered a soft taco supreme, I will pay the difference, I just want a soft taco supreme.” I told the woman at the register I just wanted to pay the difference for the soft taco supreme. She said she didn’t know how to do that and we had to wait for someone to ring that up. The manager then walks over 3 minutes later and taps the screen and walks away. The woman at the register looked confused and told me “that will be 3 dollars” which was the full cost of the taco. I said this is ridiculous, grabbed my hard taco and walked out the door.
I was willing to pay for what I had asked for originally, the manager was rude and argumentative. Very poor...
Read moreI wish I could give this place ZERO STARS!!! Worst taco bell restaurant I've ever been to! You can read that dine in is open again yet the doors were locked and we were told there was no dine in. Employees were sitting around in the lobby!!! One wasn't even wearing a uniform and walked back in the kitchen. I wish I knew how to attach a photo I would! We have a large vehicle that would not make it through so we walked from the hotel thinking we could enjoy some dinner. We were told we could walk through the drive thru to order. Then standing at the drive through window, employees continued to sit at lobby tables. The woman in drive thru was not wearing a name tag for me to mention her name nor did she give a receipt of our purchase as well. Took my boyfriends order and never came back for mine. When he knocked on the window to mention it, she rolled her eyes and walked away again. Then only came back to the window to give him his food order. There was old chewing tobacco and emptied sauce packets all over under the drive thru window it was seriously gross. This is one place that should take pride in there location, its beautiful here and they should reflect that. As my boss says you have time to lean you have...
