Burger King — Restaurant in Virginia

This Covington Va Burger King has become a sorry place to eat.. Recently several times we've been there the buns have been stale the orders are wrong or the sandwiches are dry. Today Aug 9 -2021 I went through drive through to get a simple ice cream cone..So tiny of a cone ..I said to the guy who took my order " that cone is too small & I know it's bigger than that please give me a bigger one " He leaves the window.. Next I see the Manager yank a cone out of the slot ( doing a sloppy job ) and says to me in a hateful voice HERE'S YOU CONE THATS ALL THE SIZE YOU'RE GONNA GET. HERE'S YOUR PENNY. .. I in return told her " THIS PLACE HAS BECOME A SORRY PLACE TO DINE AT NO WONDER NOBODY WANTS TO WORK HERE" She say hatefully have a good day and slams the sliding door. I hate that I had to give one star. My husband and I went to Burger King . I hate that we went there we got 2 bk burgers . Well I was hungry so I ate mine on the way home When we got home my husband wanted ketchup on his burger well he open it up and there were mouse dropping on his lettuce. I was sick of the thought I could had ate mouse droppings.. We called down there and they said they didn't have mouse droppings because they just had a inspection. I was going to save the burger and take it down there. I wish I would had since they said they didn't have mice . So beware when you eat there . I use to love burger king but no more I can't hardly stand to eat out period. I'm sure all the cats are full of...

I don’t ever go really inside this restaurant I always get through the drive-through. It’s my local Burger King. They’re headed miss their food really good when they actually change the grease when they’re supposed to their hamburgers or whoppers are really good, but normally they just throw them together sometimes and always say light mayonnaise cause they take it on there . Their Oreo milkshakes are good and their onion rings are amazing if you can get them on to cook them when they’re hot the staff is normally good and there’s usually not a wait...
