If you want REAL furniture CUSTOM MADE to your personal preference with a warranty this is the place. People let me tell you the prices are VERY VERY doable compared to that junk you get from other big name places.this is my 2nd time purchasing from here. You can change the size , color , finished edges etc. I ended up paying like a $150. More here than other places , but I got real wood ( your choice ) oaks, cherry , maple. The warranty is lifetime.check it out. The people are awesome , patient , and are not pushy or "smothering" it does take some time to get your stuff like the chairs for our dining set. The staff at the store were extremely helpful. I was looking for a dining table that matched the hutch that I had purchased at a store in Chicago 6 years earlier. The matching table was too big for my new smaller home and was being used elsewhere. I didn’t realize that this store was also operated by the now closed Chicago store. When I told Glad about my purchase 6 years ago she offered to try to find the old order and she found it! I needed a custom sized table for my new smaller space and was able to order the exact size I needed to fit in the space and the same wood, finish and design features. I am giving one star, but not deserving of that. Their Wood furniture looks beautiful, but we bought a leather couch and chair. Terrible we had to have the first set replaced, that is when we noticed the 2nd set had nice leather !! The first not! The padding w/in 6 mos was smashed!! as if the furniture was 30 years old!! Back and back and back, finally gave up, shouldn't have but so tired of fighting!! Neighbors bought same and same result with no effort on Amish's part to repair despite their attempts. I will now (3 years of suffering with flat cushions) need to take the cushions and pay to have them restuffed!! Will NEVER EVER buy anything from them and I tell EVERYONE I know about...
