Wow! Amazing. The tour was amazing and totally worth your time and money. The restored painting brought back to life that survived fires, water damages, and tears in the original canvas is amazing. The time created to put this cyclorama in place is worth all the time put into it. Definitely worth it if you want to see fine detail up close with your own eyes and narration of events that took place on the battlefield. The artists involved creating this painting and narrators who helped bring this together did a wonderful job and worth going to in Gettysburg. I didnât take any pictures inside the cyclorama, but these were taken in the smaller portion of it scaled down after the tour was over. I can say it was spectacular.

We heard so much about this, we skipped the film so we could go straight to the cyclorama (didn't have much time). The extra price we paid was still worth it, but I wish we had realized that the cyclorama was also a presentation (narration, lights, and sounds effects) whose timing was based on the film. We arrived at the tail end, so we missed most of the presentation and didn't get to linger long afterwards (as they clear out the room for the next group). But the painting was so incredible (about 350 feet of canvas), it was all worth it!

Hadn't seen this since I was a child. Huge difference!! It's so much more realistic than it used to be, with all the extra props between us and the painting. Seamless design between the ground that was added and the painting. Highlighting with different colored lights helped follow the narration easier. Thanks to a friend we had tickets given to us so I'm not even sure of the cost. Great artwork and wish we'd have been given more time just to absorb it all.

This is a must-see for every American. Fantastic! The film, especially, is something everyone who lives in this country should see. It might clear up a lot of faulty beliefs and understandings. The Cyclorama was impressive. The museum, the grounds, all of it - excellent. Side note: There are 2 cafes on site with good food at reasonable prices. Lots of options to choose from. Ample parking.

The Gettysburg Cyclorama gives you an up close look into the battles that took place in the once peaceful fields and woods on the outskirts of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. You owe it to yourself, so go ahead, buy a ticket and enjoy this one of a kind overview of the few days that helped turn the tide to win the War Between the States.

Loved the film and the painting. I wish they let you stay there longer. One of these days I will end up driving up in December for the night with the painting that they offer. I highly recommend this to all first-time visitors and hack anybody who wants to see it again because it is truly breathtaking.
