Nice playgrounds for both younger kids (ages 2-5, according to the sign on the equipment) and older kids. Pictured is the equipment for the littles. My guy (19 months) wasn't quite ready for the taller sections of the equipment, and the baby slide was a bit too little for him. He loved playing in the grass, though!

Thanks to Prince Williams County team for professionally maintaining Andrew Leitch Park. Enjoy enjoy walking around in the park with family and friends. Kids enjoy running around, playing and physical activities.

Plenty of trails and wildlife (mostly birds, squirrels, and fish). I walk my dog off leash on most of the trails until I see other people nearby. Great way to check out the Northern Virginia wetlands.

Ok if you’re over 35 and have ever had a back problem you might want to give it a miss. It’s really not a bad place, but the waterslide is super fast and rough on the body very violent fast spinning and definitely not for anyone with even a tiny back problem. Really oriented for very small children and teenagers not great for adults. Kind of risky because the spinning on either slide is very extreme. You have no idea how fast you really get going and how it might affect your neck or back until you’re in it and it’s too...

We went to the waterworks water park/pool. My son and his buddy had a blast (they're 7 and 8 y.o.). Even though it was quite crowded that day, I still found a shady spot to sit and relax while the boys played. I would also like to note that the lifeguard staff was some of than most diligent lifeguards I've ever witnessed. We were there several hours, and I watched them closely, they stayed on task and were observant beyond my expectations. I was Very impressed. There is also a snack bar and other...

Awesome public park with a baseball field, softball field, basketball courts and 2 playgrounds (one for toddlers another adjacent for kids) It has picnic tables and benches right by the jungle gym for parents to take a break while still supervising! Large parking lot with close, access to a paved path leading to the playground. The main drawback with this park is the lack of bathroom facilities... it does have a port-o-potty. Best of...
