I am changing my review because I have had several problems while moving my services to At&t. The first problem occurred my my phone got lost in route to the store. After waiting 24 hours and going back in Sebastian called customer service they said the order was canceled and my number couldn't be imported. He gave me a phone from the back because it was now in stock.HOWEVER, the first phone he processed was for the s24 and not the s24+. He lied and and said that is what was originally ordered. So with out telling me that if we reprocess it again i might have to pay the whole price he just redid for an s24+. Then said wow you must have good credit because it did not deny after we have done this a couple times. Fast forward to Saturday i wanted to upgrade my internet and trade in a phone. Sergio couldn't process the trade. He told me he would give me a call Monday or Tuesday since it was saturday. While I was there I asked Sergio if I could get the free tablet through a promotion, he orderedit and sent it to my house. He never called back I had to go back Wednesday. Miguel figured it out and got it fixed. He also got my old number imported on the following Saturday. I left happy that Miguel fixed everything. Then on 2/20 Tuesday Sergio calls and let's me know he ordered the wrong tablet and after a week I need to return it or make payments toward the tablet. I am sadly going to have to give my tablet back after I have had it for a week and bought a case. It is frustrating this was supposed to be seamless. Miguel has been amazing but I honestly wish I would have stayed with metro. In the 8 years I was with them I never...
Read moreBeware this Dallas store applies fraudulent installment plans to att customer accounts. Specifically Sergio V (store manager) according to the receipt copy I was provided from the att store where I live. I don't live in Dallas nor have ever been to this store. When I initially called about the purchase notification email I received, att provided the 3434 W Illinois address where the purchase was made. I called the store direct and was told it was done in error not to worry the customer paid for the purchase in full. When I told him the email said it was an installment plan purchase, he then said he wasn't able to access my account without scanning my license and couldn't provide anymore details. I asked how he was able to access it for the purchase that was made. He said he scanned the customers ID. I told him that's impossible because I live in California. At this point I figure he must be part of the fraud scam, so I go to an att store by my house. I get a copy of the receipt from the att store here in California and then call the Dallas store back asking to speak to the store manager since the receipt shows the name of the att employee (Sergio V) that processed the transaction. To my surprise Sergio is the store manager. Funny after I tell him I got a copy of the receipt with his name on it he remembered the entire purchase and now wants to get to the bottom of his scam. I've already filed a fraud claim but just wanted to warn any other potential att customers before they visit...

Was told to wait to see if they had it in a different safe since it wasn’t where it was supposed to be. The representative were rude and shrug us off as if we’re were a bother to need...
