Cicis Pizza To Go — Restaurant in Dallas

If I could give them 0 I would. I ordered pizza online last night. When I arrived the gentleman said nothing came thru. I showed him my email confirmation to prove I did order and pay for it. He scratched his head and kept saying he didnt know. Told me I could wait til the order comes through. I ordered it online to not wait. I asked how I can get my money refunded. He didnt know that either. He said this happened earlier and he gave the guy "free pizza" but dont want to give out free pizza all night. He mentioned how he needed to call his manager but he didnt seem like that was a priority. Therefore I had to tell him to call his manager. He "did" but no answer. Not rocket science but write down my info with the confirmation and make our pizza! Called bank to refund my money. Thank you dominos for not disappointing us. I called and place my order 30 minutes before showing up the fat little girl in the from answered the phone already with and attitude, don’t mint late as well, I put in my order and she was already playing joking like she couldn’t hear . I show up and what to my surprise my order isn’t ready and she only is just telling the other girls in the back to make it and she still wanted me to wait 15 minutes…. I have places to be what was the point of me calling and placing an order ???? This is very unprofessional and you should reconsider hiring these teenagers that don’t take their job seris I would have spoken with the manager but there was already a line piling up . Had just gotten back home from a out of town funeral and I wasn't really in the mood to cook, I had to go by the atm and there was a Bank of America right there. When I saw there was a Cici's there, I thought "oh perfect!" I go in and place my order and the young lady behind the register was so nice. I think her name was Seline/Celine, I cant remember really its been a bad time lately.
