We had a terrible experience at the Good-Latimer location. We took two of our couch cushions in to have new inserts put in. I even took an example of one cushion that was still in great condition so that they could match the firmness level and profile level. They never told me that they only had one firmness level available, so it didnât really matter that I left a cushion for them to try to match! The 2 cushions that had the new inserts put in were hard as rocks and after trying to live with them for a week, I took them back, saying I was unhappy. Mind you, the two cushions cost $500 to be redone. I was told they would have to special order softer foam to be put in. That took another two weeks and at this point we have been without our cushions for our couch for two months. When leaving the cushions the second time, I again left the good cushion as the sample or model. Cotton, the customer service contact, told me I would be contacted when one of the cushions was done so I could see whether I liked the new softer cushion before they did both of them. I was notified that one cushion was done and ready for me to check it out. Upon arriving there I was shocked to see that the sample cushion (the one that didnât need to be redone) was the one that they had replaced with the âsofterâ foam. I had marked it as the sample, so I knew immediately that they had screwed up. I was so frustrated and almost in tears so I didnât even mention the big screwup and told them I would just asked take the cushions as is. I wanted nothing more to do with them. And now I am out $500 and have cushions that are hard as rocks on our sofa. We had been without our cushions for over two months at this point on our main couch and my husband wouldâve killed me if I had left them for another month!!! All along the way the communication with customer service was horrible. When I mentioned to them that I was exasperated at the process and the lack of communication I was told âwell I am the only one working here and doing the best I can.â That is not an excuse and they need to hire more people if that...

They worked magic on a leather chair we were ready to toss⌠now it is a show piece! They also recovered a Lane loveseat that we loved but it had seen better daysâŚnow it is a focal point and source of pride in our den! Gorgeous work!
