I’ve got to make a pretty long and amazing story short, I walked into this shop desperate for 2 arrangements for the following day. I had just driven in from OK and was needing something for two graduation gifts. The owner of the shop was there working diligently on two to three other orders and he apologetically told me he didn’t think he’d be able to help me in time and he felt HORRIBLE about it, I could see it in his face. So I I said ok! No worries, I’ll just purchase some vases from you and some loose flowers and make it work myself! So he stopped what he was doing, found two adorable vases and led me to where the loose flowers were. I picked an assortment and brought them to the counter where he AGAIN stopped what he was doing to let me know the Lillie’s I chose weren’t gonna survive and he instructed me where to find some in the refrigerator that were in better shape. From there he wrapped both bouquets up so nicely and placed cards in each and bagged everything up for me. I pulled out my credit card happy to pay AND HE WOULDN’T take my money! The casket spray you see below Is 6 days old and is still as fresh beautiful as the day the LHF team created & delivered it. They went above and beyond expectations, even figuring a way to display my husband's University of North Carolina school flag. When we arrived at Skillman/Hillcrest, the casket spray was the most stunning we had ever seen. Every blue hydrangea and every long-stemmed white rose were perfection beyond belief. The attention to detail amazed us. Even the staff at Sparkman said it was the most beautiful they'd ever seen. What's more, they added a brilliant yellow rose for me to place on my husband's casket, an extra I didn't even order. No detail was overlooked. I live in Canada and my mom lives in Dallas. I’ve been ordering flowers online from Lake Highlands for a few years sight unseen, and mom was always pleased with the creations she’s been receiving . This year I visited Dallas for her birthday and decided to go with my sister to see where and from whom I’ve been ordering all these years. Well, I agree with all the other positive reviews. The owner was there personally greeting customers and taking orders. He asked us what kind of flowers we wanted and our budget and in 15 minutes, had an absolutely beautiful original creation ready for pickup.
