My order was repeated back to me and I was told I'd have the total at the window. The order wasn't repeated back at the window and I was given a total, which I paid for with my debit card.
I received what I thought was my food and before driving off, checked to make sure it was correct. I got someone else's order and paid for it too! I took both the food and the receipt inside and requested a refund and told them I received the wrong order and retold them what I'd originally ordered.
After 5-7 minutes waiting, I was asked what my order was and then was given a bag; it still didn't have my complete order. I let the "manager" know that things were still missing and I was promptly given another bag and an empty apology that there was "new people."
After another 10 minutes (still standing at the counter, while inside and drive-thru orders were being taken), I again told the "manager" that I wanted the wrong amount refunded back to my card. She then gets a set of keys and opens a register and walks with cash to the counter to give me. I told her and another "manager/shift manager" that I requested for it to be refunded to my card. They told me that can't/don't know how to do that and the manager wouldn't be in until Monday for me to talk to them. I asked what was their corporate policy about refunds and they said "I don't know," we give refunds in cash.
That is an absolutely awful explanation. I will NOT return to this location, even if it is a simplistic order. I doubt the owner/franchisee will ever read or respond to this, but everybody definitely needs to be...

The Spanish employee that was introduced as the supervisor who took my order appears not to understand what I ordered because the total was supposed to be $5.41 but she charged about $2 or so and a young teenage employee added them together and charged me over $8. The teenage employee was so professional. But the Spanish supervisor was very very unprofessional and I returned the no craving box that was given to me. I requested for my money back but she said she could not credit my card back. I asked her for the receipt because the receipt was inside the bag with the order and she ha taken it from me. She did not give me the receipt so I told her that the $5 craving box is usually $5:41 with tax. She gave me cash and I drove off. When I counted the money she gave to me, it was only $4:41 and I check my card online and saw that my account was debited with $8:32 which was way out of line for the $5 craving box. I have called the corporate number several times and no one has called me back. Today I called the corporate and was put on hold for over an hour and someone hung up on me. I called back and the same thing happened. Nobody from corporate has called me to resolve the problem. I am still waiting for Taco Bell Corporate member to call me back with a solution to my complaint and concerns. Read moreIt's unfortunate, but there were only two employees working the store. One "cooking" and the other taking orders and making the drinks. I went through the drive-thru and was asked to wait a few moments, gladly. Once i began to order the poor lady couldn't understand some of the things I was asking for. She's only been working there for about a month or so. Once we got through that struggle she asked if my order was correct on the screen and I confirmed that it was. When I got to the window two of the items that I ordered were no longer available so I asked that they be removed from my order. She took my payment and gave me my order. Iwanted to check my order but, the drive-thru line was long so I wanted to get out of the way for the next vehicle so I pulled to the side to check... I was missing two items. I tried to go into the store to get my order corrected but the doors were locked. That drive-thru was extremely long now and I didn't want to wait as long as I had to (x7) to get the rest of my order. I waited for the car that was getting their order to drive away and I had to back into the drive-thru to get to the window to get the remainder of my order.
