A very pretty park with a clever water feature. The park was hosting an art fair today with a couple of food trucks lined up along the street. A DJ playing electronic dance music rather loudly. It was a fun time until I spotted the "Lynching" historical marker. Much like finding a stolpersteine in Europe, this is a jarring reminder of when things were decidedly not civil in the United States. And it's good that it's here so that we can't backslide or deny that it happened. A lovely little park that the kids will definitely enjoy though I think the water feature is not for playing in.

Pegasus Plaza in Downtown Dallas looks as if it would be a nice sitting area, however, it is dirty and rancid. The smell of even being near it is almost unbearable. I would have liked to have explored the plaza in more detail, yet it did not feel like a safe place to be at. If you're nearby, you could still consider checking it out, because it does look neat, just heed caution when visiting.

Nice shaded plaza close to restaurants and bars in downtown. Great place to sit and enjoy the water features. There are engraved stones with designs based off Greek mythology to look at, and the city often has events and festivals here. Be aware, lots of homeless people hang out here, but usually don't bother anyone.

Has some neat water features, with watee going down fun paths as well as creating small waterfalls. The area is good about being shaded due to how the buildings around the plaza block the sun at multiple angles.

The only issue was that there seemed to be a very large number of vagrants, many of whom were stopping and making things uncomfortable, especially when having kids with us who just wanted to see the...
