Horrible place!! I went here on Monday to get a brown balayage with blonde pieces… After seeing my results, I BECAME A BLONDE. She noticed what she did wrong so the next day I came in again to get it fixed… The same brown balayage I asked for and she gave me BLACK hair with blonde pieces… the brown is unnoticeable in ANY lighting. I am very disappointed by this place. This was done by the lady who always works here at the back.

A few months ago they messed up my hair too. On December, I wanted my black hair with brown highlights into copper brown… Don, he turned my hair DARKER which completely looked like I erased the highlights out of my hair instead of turning my hair into a full light brown… He noticed his mistake though and did it greatly after the second try.

I gave this place a second try and I shouldn’t have. The fact they messed up twice by two different people? In the end I did not get the hair that I wanted after hours of sitting. The lady pushed me back in my hair process because she wanted to work on OTHER PEOPLE’s hair since mine was no extra charge of a fix-up. In addition, I ALWAYS show the hairdresser a picture of reference. they all seem to do it their own way anyways and can’t understand visual directions and speaking. I won’t be coming here again and I am so upset that my hair is so damaged from the 2 hair appointments and I cannot fix my hair...

Such rude people—they tried to hide what they did wrong. They cut the skin tag on the back of my neck, and it was bleeding when I got home. They were supposed to clean it and use a bandage to prevent infection or anything else that could make it worse. When I noticed it, I called them and even went back, as the barber requested, to show them. I politely suggested they inform customers about such incidents and be honest and fair. However, the guy kept insisting he didn’t see it, which is obviously a lie. How can you trim someone’s hair and not notice a skin tag?

Think about it this way: it could happen to anyone, and if the same contaminated tools were used on you, it could spread diseases. This was only my second visit, but I’m glad I discovered their negligence and dishonesty. I definitely won’t be going back and would recommend that you avoid...

I’ve been coming here for five years. My kiddos have all had trims here and it’s always been great. Recently took my daughter elsewhere for a haircut and it wasn’t as expected. Brought her here and they fixed it. Only reason we had gone elsewhere is because I had previous experience with a stylist that had given us the haircut we wanted. She totally butchered it and Don was amazing and fixed it. Great professional hair cuts and so affordable and reasonably priced.
