UPSCALE — Attraction in Dallas

This is my favorite place to shop when I'm looking for a dress to go out in, formal attire, or just to spoil myself. I easily spend about two hours shopping through their vast selection. All their stuff is quality and reasonably affordable. I love how they have everything seperated by color. They seem to move stuff pretty quickly here too because I find new things every month. It's hard not to walk out with a whole rack of clothing because almost everything they have is flattering. I've gotten some really stand out pieces from here and received tons of compliments on my outfits. Many unique pieces to choose from for just about any ocassion. Highly recommend this place if you're having trouble finding that "it girl" outfit. You won't be disappointed. Also, I'd like to comment on the customer service everyone keeps complaining about: If you are one of those folks that NEEDS someone to help you shop or look for things you want like you're at the mall, you're in the wrong place. I personally HATE when store employees bother me and are behind me every 5 min asking if I'm OK. The only time I've ever needed help was when they couldnt get the security tag off and when they finally got it off it left a pin size hole in the dress. Customer Service is everything and they do not have IT! No one greeted me, I was there for about 15-20 minutes and all the workers were behind the counter. I get to the counter it was like I was disturbing them. The young lady didn’t say “hi, how are you doing”, “did you find everything ok” none of that good customer service quality you would normally get in a boutique or clothing store. The young lady that was ringing me up mumbled the amount if I didn’t look at the register I wouldn’t know what to pay. At the same time she never stopped talking to the other girl behind the counter. I paid and she threw my item in the bag and pushed it over to me. I just stood there and “I” had to say “thank you” TWICE! She finally opened her mouth and that heffa had the nerve to say “you’re welcome” I said no ma’am you should have thanked me! Never again, poor...

This store does not value customer service and seems focused only on making a sale, even if the product is not in true new condition. When I asked to speak with a manager regarding the condition of the last item available, the manager, Park, told me that going through inventory in the back was more important than addressing my concern. I was also told by the manager that the owner, Jung, said to either buy the item as-is or leave it.

No customer should be given ultimatums when choosing where to spend their money. I have supported this store for over four years, purchasing dresses for my daughter’s school events and referring others, but this experience has shown me the level of service they are willing to provide—and it is unacceptable.
