Josh worked on my (kids') galaxy s20 phone when an accident left it unusable. He quoted me a price and it did not change. He kept me updated of the progress of the parts ordered and any issues with getting the phone started. We thought it was just the screen, but he noticed the battery had gone bad as well and ordered it asap to get in as fast as he could. He worked around my schedule and was very nice and extremely professional. Josh was responsive to get my laptop done. It took time but that was because the vendor sent him the wrong parts and it took more time to get the right items. I took the computer to another local place in town before contacting Josh and that place said they fixed it after couple of hours but still had the same issue when I brought it home. Wasted my time them. So I contacted Josh and am happy I did. But Josh took the time to fix it right and let me know the status along the way. Thanks for doing a great job. Will use him again...
