I'm not usually one to leave a negative review but I really believe this place needs to be managed by adults. We frequent this theater because it's always been a great experience but we recently went to watch Inside out 2 and had the worst experience. Not only did we wait in the concession line for over 20 minutes with our little one, as soon as we were next in line, the attendant called "next", we walked up and then he processed to walk away and leave only one person to attend the line. So not only did it look like we were out of line, we waited another 10 minutes to be attended too. He walked to a side register and proceeded to have discussions with the other young workers and never came back. All of the attendents looked angry to be working there and none of them were approachable or friendly. The person who was behind us (but in the line with the serving attendent) allowed us to go infront of him (even when we were next to be served) but was upset that we actually took our liberty because we were evidently next to be served. This caused a lot of tension with my husband whom almost confronted this individual. This only occured because our attendant walked away and did not attendant to his actual duty of serving the guests after saying "next". Now after waiting over 25 minutes for a popcorn and a soda, we went into the theater. After 10 minutes into the movie, rows of children were yelling, stomping and running about. Loud enough that it was challenging to listen to the beginning of the movie. No attendents or staff came in to assist with the sound even though the couple next to us went to complain. There were people who ordered food to their seats and we had to move our reclined seats more than once for the attendents to pass, causing a disruption everytime. It's unfortunate to have this experience especially when we try to support local businesses vs. Ordering online from our home and making popcorn ourselves but looks like we may look for some alternatives unless the attendant management is resolved. It's not worth paying over 60 dollars for that type of experience these days.
Edit: I almost forgot the pizza! We wanted to order pizza but waited until we went to our seats to avoid making the guy behind us wait since there was already a strong tension brewing. After 20 minutes our buzzer rang for the pizza. The pizza literally fell apart when you picked it up. There was virtually no taste and it was extremely doughy. My husband threw his away completely so that was 17 dollars down the drain. My daughter rolled the pizza up and added salt for some taste. Usually the pizza is awesome and we love it but this was extremely disappointing. My husband was mad at me that I even spent the money (I was excited for it not thinking it was going to be that bad). My movie (Bad Boys) started at 10:10 we arrived 10:15 doors were locked had to wait for someone coming out inorder to go enter worker walker past the door and would open the door, once I was able to enter after 10min went to the snack bar to purchase some snacks and drinks the young man walk pass me with food and drinks in his head said they were close and they had closed 10mins ago! I then tried to explain how I had been outside waiting for 10min to enter! Once again ask to purchase a drink he look up and said “Nope” we are closed ma’am at this moment I decided I will leave! ask to speak to a manger “Richard” approach the counter while explaining to him what had took place I happen to see the same young man give a girl popcorns! I’m now a bit upset asking the manager how is it possible for him to give that young lady popcorn but told me that they are closed and he could not let me purchase any thing to drink or any popcorn after being Outside for 10 minutes Richard looked at me and told me those are popcorn We are throwing away so if he wants to give away the popcorn that's fine! I’m now shocked this is a manager and I have explained to him how I have sat outside 10 minutes trying to enter the building and now I can’t even be provided popcorn or drinks! Richard told me he wouldn’t take it that far! I was in disbelief how I was being treated as a customer by a manager. I then asked Richard for his name and his manager name which he provided on a ticket Christina. Even after all of this I wasnt given my full refund! I am now upset and have to explain to Richard it’s no way a manager should’ve handled me as in this way He stated that the popcorn will be thrown away The drink machine was still on. I’ve could've been provided popcorn and a drink, least for courtesy of standing outside for 10 minutes To look at a movie I had already paid for!
