I really don’t like giving poor ratings, especially to small businesses, but our experience was very disappointing. On 4/5/19, we bought tickets and were thrilled to take this ride over the beautiful Turner Falls. Our phones were taken from us and there were no cameras in operation. A big part of zip lining is capturing the landscape from another angle. I understand that objects can get dropped, so our phones being taken was one thing, but the guy was very rude about it and there were alternate options he could have kindly offered. For example, in the souvenir shop, they sell phone holders that wrap about the neck. We would have been happy to buy one to use, allowing us to capture the landscape below us. The ride was quick and not in a really exciting way. It was slow, and felt more like a ski lift. When the ride was over, I asked the man operating the zip line to snap a photo of us while we were still strapped in and he refused. I’m very compassionate and always remind myself of the humanity in others. But this was something that could have been a memory that we’d remember forever. The kind we tell all our friends, post on social media, and encourage others to experience. Unfortunately, the man was so rude, and had an “I hate my job, life, and you for making me do this” vibe. He had a long beard and really ruined something we were so excited about. There wasn’t a line or anyone waiting. He could have at the very least showed a...

Once is not enough.
One of the most thrilling things I have ever done.
I was brave enough to sign up and walk around and see others but then it was our turn. STOP!!! they put the two seat belts on us...STOP!!! i kept telling myself take deep breaths, calm down you're still sitting on the landing pad. So, as I'm calming down, we are abruptly whisked away BACKWARDS up towards the pole... dont look down, dont look down.... LOOK DOWN for the opportunity and sights... I look down! 😳 panic... SCREAM... thrill!!! fun! scream some more..... FOCUS on looking at your car and peek off a bit to see other sights.. look down for a second! BEAUTIFUL ! 🏞🏞🏔 then it reaches the pole and we zip quickly all the way back to the landing pad as im clutching his arm and screaming in terror again!
Would this 65 year old lady do it again? Absolutely! should you? I guarantee you will have a thrill of a lifetime, so worth it. Take a picnic lunch with you and make it a great day.
Where you buy your tickets is a cute gift shop. Save your ticket stubs and get discounts on the T-shirts commemorating your adventure.

Read moreThis was me and my girlfriend’s first time at Turner Falls Zipline, and sadly, it was a huge letdown. The customer service was terrible—when we tried calling with questions, the voicemail was completely garbled, and no one ever got back to us.
We were told that a video of our ride would be available online, which we were really excited about. But when we checked later—nothing. No video, no explanation. Just disappointment. It even says on their site that they "sometimes have issues," but that should definitely be made clear beforehand. If we’re not allowed to use our own phones on the zipline, the staff should at least offer an alternative way to record the experience.
Overall, super frustrating and unprofessional. We won’t be coming back, and we wouldn’t recommend it. Just a heads up if you’re considering it—don't expect much.
Also staff was very lack luster. Sad when the thing people come to are you for tue supposed experience and excitement. Do better and be better especially during the week when there is...
