Nice design. Started at the western end and saw so many varieties of oaks. We had no idea there were so many, and we still would not if they hadn't taken the time to mark them; and not with little metal stakes or tags. Check out the Arboretum web page for details. The nursery is a great source for plants that grow along the Arboretum and in the various arboretum gardens throughout Davis and the UC Davis campus. Taylor is a font of knowledge and very helpful, which is great for me as a new Californian. Highly recommend...
