Mailed flowers from a funeral & sent payment 6 months ago. I had to email business just to get confirmation they at least received them. After a couple of months of no updates, I asked for an ETA through Facebook. I was told 2 more weeks. 6 weeks later still hadn't received anything so I followed up again. They said it would go out within the week. Another 2 weeks pass & still nothing, so I followed up again & was told AGAIN within the week. ANOTHER 2 weeks pass & I ask for the tracking number. They replied & stated it would go out that day; however the ring I had ordered wouldn't be mailed out until the following week. I did finally receive the 2 bracelets the first week of August, 4 months after I mailed the flowers. It's now the end of September, and I still don't have the ring. I contacted them again regarding this 3 days ago with no reply yet. The bracelets I received were done beautifully; however, never in my life have I experienced anything like this. When you send someone something as sentimental & irreplaceable as the fresh flowers from a loved one's funeral, you are pretty much at their mercy. I have been MORE than patient with this, and I hate to leave poor reviews, but I feel people need to be warned of this. If there was any sort of communication, I might be a little more understanding (although I feel like I've already been more than reasonable with the situation.) I had to continually message her & follow up & was continually lied to for months on when I'd receive it. Not once was I rude or pushy at all, nor did I ever bring up the fact that she lied over and over again. Again...she had irreplaceable items, so that would do me no good. You could tell I was no concern of theirs whatsoever. They had my money. They had my flowers. What could I do about it? At this point, I've just asked for my money back for the ring I've never received. Amazingly, although she couldn't reply to my inquiry of when I might receive the ring, she immediately replied "I will do that" as soon as I asked for a refund. No apology or explanation whatsoever. On top of it, she immediately BLOCKED me, so I couldn't even respond to ask when to expect my refund! I've of course lost the flowers as well since I trusted her with them, which makes me sick, but there is nothing I can do about that at this point. Given the type of person/business they are, I'm now questioning whether or not the bracelets we received were actually from our flowers. I'm in absolute disbelief they treat their...
Read moreWould not recommend, sadly! I have used this company a few times before and have had no issues. I am not sure what happened this time. She received my flowers on Feb 1st I was told the cross I ordered would be ready the week of March 5. April 16th I still hadn’t received my order so I reached out. I was told the order would get done the week of April 16. May 16 still no order and I reached out again only to be told it would get sent out the week of May 16. June 6 still no order. On June 9th I reached out again and was told she had to redo the cross because she was not happy with it. Here it is July 11th still no order :( I just received a refund on July 12th because on July 11th I said I wanted a refund if I couldn’t get my order in a week.
What saddens me is not only do I not have my order but, I no longer have the only flowers from my grandmas funeral. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication from Leslie. I found myself being the one constantly reaching out trying to determine where my order was. If I didn’t reached out, there was no communication. I understand setbacks and delays happen, just be upfront and communicate it. Rather than tell me the order will be done and then weeks later find out it wasn’t. Sad to say I will not be using this...
Read moreI have had memory beads made many times over the years by Leslie and they've always turned exactly how I hoped. I have so many special pieces that I cherish. My purple and green bracelet are beads made from purple Salvia flowers and leaves that my Grandma Peggy planted at her farm several years ago. There are some pink beads made from pink Roses that my mom planted. I also asked for a bracelet, bookmark and necklace (that I have had hung in my car for over 10 years now) made out of the snow ball bush that was outside my parent's window the whole time I was growing up. The white flower balls dried brownish and I LOVE the look of them. My friend Linda's husband passed away over 10 years ago. I asked her for a dried flower from his funeral. Leslie made a gorgeous bracelet out of those long dried flowers! They turned out reddish-purple and my friend just loves it (: Highly...
