I placed an order online first thing in the morning when they opened up. I called to confirm that they got my $70 order. I then explain the person they would be delivering to wouldnāt be available during a 12 to 2pm And asked if they can deliver them before 12 oāclock Today because it was her birthday. They explain to me they have an afternoon route. I said thatās great can you just put her on the end of your route to make sure she gets them. Without hesitation he was very stern and said no ā¦if sheās not there will leave a note and will re-deliver them the next day. I explained today was her birthday and she literally lived 1 mile from their store. Again he didnāt care and I said forget it then Iāll just cancel my order. Without even trying to compromise he said thatās fine Iām canceling your order now. So for business is saying they need business and want customers - he wasnāt willing to compromise or even try to work with me.. To be honest I didnāt look at their website to see if this information was available to me to make my decision before I placed my order. . I just knew there was a time stamp at the top of their website saying if you order now within this certain amount of time your order will be delivered today. So I figured yes it would be delivered today but I didnāt know there was certain certain circumstances.. to have your order delivered.. iām so glad I called to confirm the order that more unlikely my mother wouldnāt have gotten her flowers on...

Arrangement was delivered on 9/27, but left of a front porch in direct heat and sunlight to wither and wilt until recipient came home. Floral arrangement looked nothing like what was ordered. Vase contained a handful of half-dead daisies and dried greenery. Hourans didn't even remotely try to replicate ordered floral arrangement. You know the $4 bunches at grocery stores? Well, that was what recipient received. I called on 9/28 to express my concern and asked for a new floral arrangement to be delivered. I was begrudgingly told they would deliver, but of course, that never happened. Recipient still has the same half-dead flowers which are now officially dead. Thanks for the hard lesson Hourans -- will never order from you again. Very disappointed in your product and customer service. Not sure how you have managed to stay in business for so long. Oh, I know -- by ripping off your customers.

The next available delivery date was Tuesday, two days after Motherās Day. What a joyful message I received from my mom on Saturday! She received her flowers the day before Motherās Day! She also told me that they had the wrong address. Apparently I mixed the address numbers when I entered the order online. The delivery man was persistent: he called the house, got the right address and made the delivery. It was his last delivery of the day! So thankful for this wonderful extra effort!
