This place does not even deserve one star we were seated at a seat that had trash underneath the table including silverware well there was other tables that were very clean the waiter acting like she did not even want to service also gave us a song and a dance that the pop machines were not working so we would have to take a can Coke or a canned Sprite when are drinks was given to us they were poured in a glass my husband's pop which was supposed to be Coke was really flat Diet Coke I ordered shrimp and french fries they had just throw them on the plate together the french fries were not even cooked we ordered my daughter mac and cheese her french fries were not cooked at all and we're even cold the waiters are just terrible people I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy they need to close this place down or change these people or teach him to change her attitude and really did not appreciate hearing oh she's just a Karen just because I feel like I should have got put at a table that does not have trash underneath it like everybody else I'm just supposed to accept what they give me while they give everybody else that walks in their clean tables this is all on call for was totally ridiculous! I have been visiting this location on and off for my whole 35 years of life that I can remember. In the past 2 years that I've eaten here, I've come to realize I'm done eating here. When you enter the building, no one is there to greet you happily, nor right away. Matter of fact, it just might take you 3-5 minutes to even be acknowledged and then sat. And these are ALWAYS times when they are NOT busy(I know what busy is because I am a server myself)! Service is just slow in general, never seen a manager come ask how things are. Menu has changed, less options to substitute for. I also order food to go, it's always a simple one person order that they seem to mess up or forget to put something in the bag. Something that also pissed me off one day I heard an older couple complain about how his eggs were cooked wrong, and by the time he got it corrected, she had all her food gone. We where in the area. After spending a fun filled day at the hospital. My hubby took me out for a surprise dinner. I was a little shocked to hear the staff yelling at each other from kitchen to dinning room. I ordered breakfast . Sausage patties, hash browns crispy, over medium eggs and biscuit. The sausage patties tasted like spam. Gave me lots of crispy hash browns (yummy). Tried for three times to get my eggs right. I ended up eating them anyway. They were nowhere near what I ordered. An I am still trying to figure out the biscuit was. Over baked on outside not very tasty on the inside. It just tasted it. Left it on plate. I ate what I could because my husband was so thoughtful an took me out for dinner after a long day. So I wouldn't have to cook. I ate everything I did with a big smile on my face. Didn't want him to think I was ungrateful. Don't know if I would go there again. The atmosphere was run down . The staff childish. Food nothing to write home about.
