Tower Park in Delavan is a small strip of land with a Tower and two Statues. It's a tiny .5 acre but it's BIG in historic importance. In 1847, Delavan was chosen as the Winter home of traveling Circuses. This went on for 47 years. PT Barnum's Circus, "The Greatest Show on Earth", was founded here.
