It's an ok park. Giraffe and "Romeo" the killer elephant statues. Would be nice if there was info plate on what's going on with the animals. There are 2 fountains that are lit up and would probably look good at night. Bathroom was stinky and out of tp.

Tower Park in Delavan is a small strip of land with a Tower and two Statues. It's a tiny .5 acre but it's BIG in historic importance. In 1847, Delavan was chosen as the Winter home of traveling Circuses. This went on for 47 years. PT Barnum's Circus, "The Greatest Show on Earth", was founded here.

Within easy walking distance, you'll see why Delavan is an official "Walldogs" Community. There are 19 Walldog Murals that beautifully depict the history of Delavan. There are 5 Murals near Tower Park, #2, #3,...
