Wakelee Field Playground — Attraction in Demarest

Newly renovated and lots of fun! This playground was well thought out even though it is not very large. It fun and challenging and has a place for children of all ages to play . With ample place to sit for parents and have a snack with picnic tables in the fenced in playground which helps keeps all the kids contained, definitely a plus. With a giant field next door, tennis courts as well, and quite a number of fun trails to hike nearby this is one of the best resources locally for recreation for families. This was a vey nice park. No one was there on a wednesday afternoon during summer vacation so my kids had no one top play with. Perhaps the park does not get used much.
