We've been taking the dogs here for years, wife's softball games played here also. Pretty well kept walking loops with Physical fitness stations at points along loop. Public restrooms after memorial day, right through labor day. Swingsets, barbecue grills near to restrooms, (may have to check availability with parks and rec) dog friendly and an easy enjoyable walk. Forts, swings, climbing challenges are grouped in one area. Basketball and older youth infrastructure laid around the park with a covered picnic section and benches strategically placed so parents, relatives and friends can observe while resting. Read moreSuch a great idea to incorporate these trails with circuit training-esq. stops along the path in between the baseball fields; basketball and tennis courts. It’s a great spot to get some exercise without worrying about traffic and feeling safe going solo without being bothered/harassed (at least in my experience). Every town should have something like that to promote getting outside and staying active without having to pay to use or requiring a permit.
