I hired ERG to host my house on Airbnb in Denver based on their great reviews. Taylor provided me with great confidence that they provide excellent customer service and are well experienced in hosting Airbnb properties.
Well after 3 months of using their services I am thoroughly disappointed in their EFFORT in hosting my house.
Guests complained that my house was improperly listed on the Airbnb site, which ERG has complete control over, and I don’t blame the guests one bit for ERG’s lack of EFFORT in misrepresenting my house. When I mention this to Taylor he just made up an excuse that he didn’t know that I had an air mattress. I’m not even sure they are familiar at all with all my house amenities as we never did an official walkthrough with their on-board specialist. Using the excuse of being really busy and having over 150 properties to manage is very unprofessional.
Their was a billing problem that I had to point out to them to correct which they had no clue about. They said they fixed it, but from the looks of it I don’t think they corrected it properly.
Voicemails do not get returned. Sometimes emails get returned. Sometimes they do not.
Their lack of human interaction with the guests is a TERRIBLE idea. I think it leaves guest with the impression that there isn’t any accountability for their mischief actions and boy were there a couple.
I still have faith in the Airbnb process, but I think ERG’s strategy of micromanaging your property from a distance behind a computer and their phone is not a good strategy.

Disclaimer I’m a small business owner and I know this feedback isn’t given out often but I had such a good stay I felt motivated to leave a review, and I hope their management team sees this post. Effortless Rental Group hosted me and my daughter in Denver for a work trip. What I experienced, the platform for booking and payment was seamless. Just before arrival I received a txt with check in and relevant stay information. All my questions about my stay were quickly responded to by a very helpful REAL PERSON! Then I entered a gorgeous property with great amenities that was spotless!! (Espadin property Denver CO) The second leg of my trip was in Breckinridge CO where I again booked with Effortless Rental Group. I stayed in an awesome A frame style home just a few short minutes from Breckinridge Ski Resort. (The Fox Frame) The accommodations were amazing and they had thoughtful touches that made all the difference at both properties I had; good quality soaps, cleaning supplies, extra blankets and pillows, a fully stocked spice rack which made cooking at the home so convenient, amazing local coffee in the room. Lastly before check out at most short term rentals there is a huge laundry list of guest requests, (anything short of repainting the living room) this was not the case which made check out quick and convenient. Read moreTerrible experience & customer service. Asked for an early check in, was told we could not be accommodated because the unit was being cleaned. Upon check in, the keys for the unit were not there & had to wait 30 min for security to come & open up the unit. Upon entering the unit, it was a complete & utter mess and had not been cleaned. We were then transferred to a different unit & was told we would be receiving a full refund for our stay. Upon entering the unit we were moved too, which was a downgrade, the fire place wouldn't even work. When its 15 degrees outside, a working fire place would be nice. A week after checking out, I had to follow up in regards to our refund. Upon talking to the manager Alisha, I was lied too & informed we would now only be receiving a 1 night refund. Alisha would not explain why we were offered a full refund initially & then lied too & told we were now being only refunded for 1 night. Upon contacting Alisha again about this, she became very standoffish & refused to put me in contact with her boss or any of the higher ups at her company.
