THE HANGOVER — Restaurant in Denver

I have been a regular of Hangover for sometime now! I truly enjoy my time there. But on Saturday March 29th which was supposed to be a celebratory evening turned into chaos! Never in the years I have been going have I ever waited for a drink over 2 hours. The longest has been 15 minutes tops on very busy nights. I understand bar tenders may be new but there needs to be some sort of structure and flow. They were not paying attention to who was waiting first and when asked if they could take our order next due to have been waiting for a while we got attitude and rude responses. Especially from the bartender with red hair. My girlfriend had politely asked her if she could do her drinks next after she completed the drinks for the person who was waiting before my girlfriend and she simply told her no that she was not gonna do it and someone else would get to her eventually and walked away. It was truly the worst experience I have ever had here. Was very disappointed in the service. Hope the next time there is more training and...

This was a fun experience! Went for their Halloween celebration. They had special guest performances from entertainers from Cali. They lit it up. They had a photo stand to take pictures. They also gave out candy, popcorn balls, and coozies. I love that they have a stage for music, as well as ample seating and tables. If you like playing pool and bar games, they have you covered. They also have a nice smoking section outside. I like that it's to the side. So you're not walking in or out to a bunch of smoking, if that bothers you. I didn't get to try their food, and I was in the v.i.p with the entertainers, so I didn't order drinks. We already had bottle service. Everything was already set up with that, though. There were plenty of cups, beers in a bucket of ice, and bottles on ice. Their security was on top of everything, so I felt safe. Not to mention the one was super fine. Just sayin. Lol. Overall it was a GREAT time. I'd like to go back again, see how it is when it's not a holiday. Seems like it's a chill...

I will never take my business here again I was there for a birthday party last weekend and not only did the bar service suck had to wait and watch the bartenders over look us to serve everyone while we waited forever and not once the whole night did anyone clear our table of the empty drinks or ask us if we needed anything absolutely no table service and we had a crowd of 15 - 20 people and the owner was sitting at a table accross from us and the actual owner Sharon called people to come to her bar and beat up an elderly lady thankfully the elderly lady was not there alone or who knows what would have happened to her and when we approached the owner about the situation all she can say is it's the elderly lady's fault for being at her bar smh that is not a very professional owner and I will warn u if ur are there and Sharon don't like u she will call people to her bar to beat u up no matter the age she never asked us to leave she just showed us the worst...
