Taqueria Chapala — Restaurant in Lakewood

These are probably some of the best tacos I’ve had in Denver so far, but I cannot get behind the way they run their actual business. It’s a complete gamble on if they’ll even be open when they say they are. Their google listing clearly states their hours of operation, but more often than not, I’ll call to place an order during those hours, and they’ll be closed with no explanation. This is our go to place for tacos. Everything on the menu is delicious. Tacos estilo jalisco is one of our favorite. Staff is awesome! Very friendly and they always make sure we get plenty of their delicious salsas. You gotta be a little patient though they are busy most of the time so waiting time is a little long...
