This place almost received 5 stars, but thanks to the woman that works there, it gets 1 star. First I was was unknowingly overcharged (found actual price on website) for a couch but when I addressed the issue the male salesperson instantly apologized and asked if I could come back the next day for a refund because the female employee was not available to issue my refund, I agreed. The following day, I went for my refund, and the woman knew right away who I was and asked me to wait while she served other customers, I agreed and waited patiently. When she finally assists me, she said that if I'm getting the discount that I would have to pay full price for delivery, an extra $70. I told her that's not what the first man and I discussed, and she told me to calm down. Calm down? I didn't even raise my voice. I suggested just cancel delivery, and I'd pick it up myself, then she said let me call the first guy. The first guy told her that I was right and to give me the refund. I've always disliked salespeople, but this woman was just a penny pinching parasite.
