I went there for the first time and they initially quoted me $75 for a screen replacement. I handed over my phone and returned an hour later to pick it up. That’s when they told me they’d made a mistake with the model and the actual screen cost was $120 (which seemed odd because they’re supposed to be experts and should’ve known the model before taking the phone). I didn’t have the extra $45 on me, so I asked them to just close the phone and return it. The guy gave me a strange look and then said they’d charge me $50 for their time. Then he threatened to call the police if I didn’t pay. I was completely shocked. I tried to argue, but it didn’t help. It didn’t seem right to me, especially since it wasn’t my fault they didn’t know the model. I left feeling upset, and ended up crying that night. The next day, my sister went back, and after a lot of back and forth, she finally managed to get the phone back. Worst service and I believe most of their reviews are fake. I won’t be coming here ever again and I don’t advise anyone...
