09/21/23 UPDATE: The management team from Magic Touch reached out to me in order to make things right. I returned to their other location that’s a little closer since I live almost a half hour away from the original location. The manager was very attentive and passionate about making things right. The follow up and customer service was 100/100 so I definitely appreciated that. The van looked much better this time around. Many business get complacent or lazy when they’re successful but the great ones rise to the occasion when things don’t go right the first time and Magical Touch stepped up. So I’m gonna add another two stars from my original two star rating. END OF UPDATE

I had high expectations after reading many of the reviews and even more so when I arrived to a fully staffed facility and no cars in line. I figured I’d have the luxury of a few guys spraying and attentively looking over my van. Boy was I wrong. I purchased the Silver package which included a tire shine and wheel wash and shine among other things. I generously tipped the crew after they towel dried and applied the tire shine but was really disappointed when I got home. Keep in mind it was a beautiful dry and sunny day so none of the dirt you see in the photos occurred on my drive from their lot to home. They earned the the second star only because I was greeted upon my arrival and the crew “seemed” professional otherwise it would have been a one...

Drove by and saw there was no line for the car wash so I figured I'd get my car cleaned from the outside and inside. Paid for their top service and went through the wash in a quick manner. They directed me to one of their parking spots so they could get started on my interior. I sat outside in the sun for 25 minutes waiting for them to start, and didn't hear from anyone. In the meantime, a man in a rolls royce who shows up 20 minutes after me gets his car worked on immediately. I spoke to one of the workers and asked to speak to the manager. He then proceeded to tell me he'll get to work on my car as soon as possible and will finish it in ten minutes. Its very inconsiderate of my time and money to make me wait almost a half hour then offer to get my car done in ten minutes when it usually takes much longer. We both know he's not going to do a good job in ten minutes considering he was working on the car next to mine for almost a half hour. Will never come here again as they are unprofessional and obviously inconsiderate of people's...

Edit: This carwash is no longer a good recommendation. Poor management and I will explain why. Firstly, the manager in the beginning of the carwash is always rushing cars in even though there is plenty of room for incoming cars. Secondly, because their unnecessary rushing of the customers cars get bumped because the towel dry workers cant keep up with the fast movement of cars. As a matter of fact, I just left there and two cars in front of me were hit and two cars behind me rammed me. Thirdly, I paid for an ultimate wash which is supposed to be one of the best washes they offer with triple foam wax etc, but I let my car sit in my driveway for a while and it still looks dirty. Management is definitely cutting corners and it is obvious that their main focus is not customer satisfaction. I have been 100% truthful in my statements and this is not one of their competitors' trying to make then lose business.
