This restaurant customer service is low quality. I waited for 30 minutes and the cashier skipped me twice to serve people she knows who arrived to the restaurant after me. When I asked her to assist customers in order, she answered me rudely "one by one". After more than 30 minutes wait, she asked for my name and when she failed to hear my name after I said it three times, she yelled at me to remove my mask. Yet, she mixed my order and asked me to pay 70$ extra and kept arguing that I am the confused one until I asked her to check so she corrected her calculation. Nice hidden gem 💎 in the heart ❤️ of east Dearborn. Very good authentic Middle eastern cuisine with a Syrian twist. Their known for their fried chicken 🍗 aka the broasted chicken. Eating it brings back fond memories of Damascus as the taste is the same. I like their meat shawarma wraps on lavash bread (Saj) because they offer lamb instead of beef. I would love if they offered more lamb menu options. They have lamb mansaf which is the national dish of Palestine and Jordan and it is very tender. We came here because of an Instagram post saying how good they were. I am happy to report I was not disappointed! We ordered the chicken shawarma which came with fries and the Broasted chicken 8pc with chip fries, a side of coleslaw, pickles and garlic spread for $19.99. Our total bill was only $38 and we were extremely full and satisfied. The food was very flavorful and came out piping hot! The service was great, everyone was very pleasant. They do take credit or debit but please bring cash because you can’t tip your waiter with your card purchase. I will definitely be visiting this place again and this time...
