I had a Pioneer AVH-X2500BT head unit install with a back up camera remote start and also power door locks and utility lights the owner Junior told me it would be done around 5-6 pm I got there at 1:30pm and the job didn't get done until 8:15pm to only find out that the back up camera was install upside down. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there because the Owner Junior has poor customer service skills. He let me leave that night not going over any of the products that were install I didn't even know how to use the radio or program it There prices are really high I got charge $ 500.00 more than other stores you will be able to do better somewhere else. They only have one guy Willie that has experience but he was doing another car. Junior had Willie's brother and another guy working on my truck that is when they told Junior he doesn't feel comfortable doing this install because he doesn't have the experience but Junior didn't care. Junior gave the guys a audio RCA wire instead of a video RCA. I found that out when they couldn't get the brand new camera to work. The next day I went back and told Junior that the camera was installed upside down and the wires for the utility light were just hanging on the side of the frame of the truck and one of the wires got caught by the wheel and ripped apart. Junior said he would have Willie work on it. Willie had to redo most of the work that the other guys did. That is when Willie told me that he knew that I would be back because he saw them doing stuff wrong and he didn't want to touch it that night because he lives to far away and it would take to long to fix. I had my own back up camera and utility lights and Junior said that the lights would be fine but the camera couldn't work because I didn't have a RCA power wire for it and Willie was able to make the camera work. Just about a week later I am having problems with the remote start it will start and than shut off so I called around and other shops and they told me that the remote start has to be ripped out and reinstalled because of the problems. So I called and talked to Junior again and told him that I want money back. Because he charge me for a back up camera and didn't need it and also for someone else to fix the mistakes that his guys made. Junior said that he doesn't give money back but he said bring it back again and than I told him that I don't feel comfortable having him work on my truck anymore and Junior said that is your problem than and I told hime I would be giving him a bad review and contacting the BBB and he got loud and yeld and said that I was threatening him. I said that this isn't fair because i was there so long on the first day and had to come back he said I sould understand because I am in business.
P.S: People please do your research before you have any work done if I did I would see the bad reviews that other people left and would even step on...
Read moreBeware caution caution I was having my radio replaced on a 2000 Dodge Ram pickup truck. About 2 and 1/2 days after having the radio replaced. My dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. My windshield wiper for going a mile a minute no power from the radio lost a bunch of computer functions on my dashboard. Then I went back there two days later had my radio taken out and to reverse everything they did. The woman behind the counter told me they refuse your refunds you put her owner on the phone with me and they tell me she doesn't do refunds whatsoever. She told me there's going to be putting back in Parts into my truck that don't work with it and I told her that either the radio and the computer to my truck don't like it or there's some issues with the wiring harness that they put in something's not right with the parts they put in. She told me they're going to keep replacing parts, in my truck that don't work. I told her that I didn't want to keep having issues with my truck with parts that don't work. I'm not playing in anymore Parts into my truck that don't work. She refused to give me a refund so it is the parts are bad or her guys did something to my truck when they were installing the radio. The first time I was there getting my radio put in a woman walked in there having issues with a starter they remote starter put in. The second time I went there to have my radio taken out another guy was there he is having issues with an amp they put in. Read moreHad an auto start bought and installed at Car Craft as a Christmas gift in December 2015. Started experiencing problems with my HVAC module last month. Heat and air would only work when the car was started with the auto start; as soon as the key went into the ignition, it would stop working. Brought it back to Car Craft, they “uninstalled” the auto start and the HVAC still would not work so in their eyes it wasn’t their problem, but a problem with the HVAC itself, however when they re-installed the auto start the heat and air continued to work but only with the auto start. Brought my car to the dealership, the auto start was back fed into my HVAC module and it had burnt out. My warranty was void, the auto start disconnected and I was left with a bill for repair and no auto start. When I contacted Car Craft, they would not hear it. The older women who answered went on a rampage about the dealerships and was constantly yelling and would not take responsibility for installing the unit incorrectly. I’m no mechanic but if your heat and air only work with the auto start….that’s an auto start problem. My family had been repeat customers of theirs and this is how they treat you.
