Maybe the best ice cream shop in northern New Jersey! First, their ice cream is excellent! It really is home-made, with the owners mixing in a generous portion of fruits, nuts or other ingredients. I love their Black Cherry hard ice cream and am always amazed by how many extra-large pieces of fresh, real black cherries are blended into every scoop. Huge, made-to-order sundaes, large variety of ice cream flavors and fresh toppings of all types. Their "small" sundae is loaded with 2 huge scoops of ice cream that some other ice cream shop would call 3 scoops. This is the "small" sundae! Friendly staff, working quickly, then pile on the max of whatever you would like--right to the edge of overflowing! Talk about getting your money's worth! It's like a $10 deluxe sundae...but only costs about $3.50. If you're thinking of getting the next size up, you'd better bring someone to help you eat it! Great hot dog and burger place is connected to same building, run by same owners. Ordered an ice cream cake for a party and when I picked it up; was not decorated the way I asked for it to be decorated. I received a plain white cake with 5 balloons, blue sprinkles on the boarders and happy birthday written on it in small letters for a big sheet of cake. No color on the side boarders or on top of cake…. I spoke with an employee to see if they could fix my cake and the only option was to leave the cake until next day or bring it the next morning because they had no one to do it. I called the next morning to speak to a manager (Flor) about my cake and she seemed defensive that I was complaining about the appearance of my cake. No accountability was taken on the fact that the cake was not decorated the way I asked for it to be. No apology for the inconvenience, instead I was asked, well what do you like to do. You should treat your customers better so they want to come back. Although the ice cream was great, I am very disappointed with the customer...

I am like many other lovers of ice cream. Now that being said Dover Dairy Maid is the absolute best place to get ice cream from in Morris County. Wife and I had the taste for some ice cream. We head to Dover my Wife want soft served ice cream with sprinkles cause she is a big kid. I want an icee cause I had no LactAid with me.

I asked the Young Lady if I do a mix. She replied yes you can so my eyes 👀 got big as I see the flavors I wanted. Mango, Pineapple and Coconut yes yes yes I know you all are thinking I gotta do that. The Dairy Maid is so freaking clean the Ladies keep the place spectacularly clean.

I see they have a Blueberry Cheesecake ice cream I gotta go back for it. The flavors of Italian Icees the flavors of ice creams. Dover Dairy Maid is a Dangerous place.
