I will never place an order from their cafe/catering department for any occasion. On Monday December 20th I called Bravo's supermarket (now called Extra Supermarket) to place an order for a tray of their chicken stew, I was transferred to their cafe/catering department and after a long hold was told to call back at a later time as they were very busy. An hour later, I called and was transferred again and was finally able to place my order. The lady who took my order repeated the order back to me and confirmed that the tray of chicken stew was going to get picked up on Wednesday, December 23rd at around 2pm, I was also told that I didn't have to pay at that moment and that I will make my payment upon pick up of my order.
Okay, so on Wednesday, December 23rd, I show up to pick up my order and to my surprise I'm told there is no tray of food for me. What!?!!? How is that possible? My order was placed with enough time in advance and my guests are on their way to my home at that very moment! Eventually after the workers seemed to be confused as to what to do, a middle age lady with black hair pulled back in a ponytail came out to interrogate me, while talking down to me, questioning me whether I placed the order in that location, who took the order and at what time, (why would I even think I needed to write someone's name down?) she repeatedly questioned why would I not write down the name of who I spoke to!!! This lady was totally disrespectful and insulting and instead of offering options, she went on that her department always give their names when they talk to customers therefore I should have written it down. I asked if I could just purchase the chicken stew they had at that moment, which they had 2 trays and she said NO!!!
You have no idea how upset and frustrated I felt talking to this woman, who instead of offering a solution or apologizing for the screw up that clearly one of her staff members did (maybe her!), she is lecturing me on how I should have written down the name of who I had spoken to!!! Meanwhile, I'm panicking because in half an hour there will be people in my house and all I have is yellow rice for them!!! WTH! Thank God for my local pizzeria in my neighborhood who at the last minute was able to give me half a tray of their chicken and mixed vegetables.. totally not what I wanted to serve to my guests but THEY were my life saver! This lady from Bravo's cafeteria department was totally unprofessional and a complete b*t h! I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS PATHETIC PLACE AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU...

I was very impressed with how neat the store is and it did have a good selection for a relatively small store. It is on Blackwell Street in Dover but there was a parking lot around the back. I did not like that there was a panhandler hanging around the door asking for money. That's pretty serious to me and they really need to address that.
