WORST RESTAURANT EVER!! My husband and I were craving tacos so we decided to call and make an order at this restaurant since they closed at 10pm and we had a 35 min drive so we would be arriving 9:40 pm (ETA) I confirmed with the woman over the phone and she said that was fine, our food would be ready in 25 mins… Once we arrived at the restaurant there were 3 waitresses cleaning up and completely ignored we were standing there. I approached one of them and told her I was there to pick up an order we had made almost an hour ago.. She looked SO LOST, she walked away and started talking to the other waitresses and then another one came to take my payment. Since it’s a restaurant you would think they take debit/credit cards, THEY DONT! ONLY CASH.. like seriously? I explained to the woman that we had driven almost 40 mins to pick up our food and they weren’t accepting our card payment? She has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, she took the food off the counter & said “nope, we don’t take cards, go get cash and we give you the food”!!!!!! This is bizarre, and it was more crazy that the other waitresses didn’t do anything either.. In this case, No ONE mentioned that they don’t take any card payments, only cash! And I think that it’s very important that they mention this over the phone before people even order so this doesn’t keep happening!! As we’re walking out there was a guy standing outside and he overheard what had happened and he stated “this happens everyday, it’s the waitresses fault because they should say this to the customer before they hang up so they are aware to bring only cash!” SO IF THIS HAPPENS EVERYDAY SHOULDNT THE OWNER DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS? Either get workers with a good work ethic, great customer service since they are interacting with the public & update their payment system.. WE ARE NEVER GOING BACK...
Read moreI had high hopes considering this place advertised as authentic. It was truly awful. I ordered the carnitas tacos, beef tostada and chicken flautas. Came out to $50, which I thought was a bit steep. The carnitas tacos had no actual meat, it was all gooey fat globules. The tostada had some beef but it was hard to chew due to the grizzle. The chicken flautas, which I thought would be the safest bet, was disgusting. It had a strange tomato flavor and the chicken was extremely dry. I definitely won't be returning. There is nothing authentic about this place. Maybe I was taken advantage of or maybe it's just really bad, I...
Read moreThis restaurant sure has good food to eat! I love there! The employees and cooks are great, hard working people! They only accept cash, no credit cards or checks. The service can be a little slow when really busy, but the food makes any wait, worth it! As a person who has been there a lot time, I’ve noticed people (who are trying the restaurant out or are new) stand in the front and wait for a waiter. A tip I can give is: Just sit down at an empty table. The waiter will see you and take your order! It crowds the place less and you don’t have to stand so much for a long time when a table is already...
