This is the first negative review I have ever written. And I don't do it with joy as I like to support our local businesses but this is absurd, deceiving, and a borderline scam in my opinion. I attached a picture of the flyer that people received in the mail. I was initially excited because I matched 3 red buildings and it shows. Or at least makes you believe that you have won $5,000. And then I saw the tiniest asteroid after one of the sentences. And a disclaimer that is very unclear and also deceiving. So I decided to look up and see if the dealership monopoly game was legit. And wow did I find out a lot of disturbing information. Page after page, comment after comment, and thousands of them about what a horrible scam people think this is. They all thought the same thing I did. Saw the three red houses and thought they won $5,000 or more. And then called the dealership and the dealership asks for the confirmation code on the flyer you got. And they tell everyone that they won. So everyone thinks they won that prize that they see. But that person just said "you won". But didn't tell you that you won that money prize that it absolutely looks like you have won. So thousands and thousands of people across the country have then gone to their dealership where this game is being played at thinking they've won a huge prize. And of course are given info on the cars that are there in hopes that you will buy a car and then inform you that you have won a pair of ear buds which all of the reviews on those 30 dollar earbuds say they fall apart and have had sound. Just horribly cheap ear buds. In my opinion this is completely disgraceful and misleading. And for a local business to even consider running a contest or whatever they call this is horrible. They will never get my business. I encourage everyone to look up this contest. Also in the reviews everyone initially thought it said monopoly. But it says "moneyopoly". Also misleading. I wonder how many people in Tuscarawas county have been fooled by this and then taken the time out of their day to drive there to receive their money prize? I'll bet my review gets taken down. But hopefully people will see this before that happens. An acceptable thing would be a public apology. And then to tell the residents that they will never do something like this again. ...
Read moreBought my 2023 Charger GT from your dealership back on May 9th. Had a great experience with your dealership on that day. The salesman and the lady that handled the closing and signing of the paperwork were both great. However I called a month after I got the car to see when I would be getting the paperwork from your dealership so I could get it registered. I get a call back saying it was all getting mailed out the next day...It's now going on 2 months since I bought the car and I still have yet to be able to get it registered and pay the sales tax on it here in Pennsylvania because my DMV here needs the actual Ohio issued title from Chrysler Capital to issue me a registration and retitle the car in Pennsylvania. As of this week Chrysler Capital has yet to even receive the title from Ohio to be able to send to my local DMV. With that said the 45 day temporary registration I got from your dealership ran out on June 23rd and I have been driving on expired temporary tags. That is why I'm only leaving 3 stars because after my call a month after I bought the car and being told paperwork is getting sent out the next day I feel the ball was dropped there and was not coincidence that I happened to call exactly the day before things were being mailed out. Should not take 30 days worth of a 45 day temporary tag for your dealership to process the paperwork and get it in the mail. I did everything on my end that I was supposed to do as the buyer and shouldn't be in a position to where I'm paying on a car that has an expired temp tag and that I'm not able to register in my state. Somewhere along the line something is broken with this process and I feel it started at your dealership taking 30 days to get things sent out. I bought a 2023 Challenger from Progressive Dodge in Ohio on April 4th and financed it through Chrysler Capital as well. Only difference with that sale is I decided to pay the car off before the first payment was due and by the end of April I had all paperwork from that dealership as well as the Ohio title released to me from Chrysler Capital and I had the car registered and titled in my state all within a month. That as well makes me feel that the ball was dropped at your dealership taking so long and is now why I'm in the situation that I am with the Charger I got from...
Read moreThis is without a doubt the customer service I have every received in my life and this dealership has essentially stolen money from my son, in the United States Army stationed at Fort Drum in NY. He was home on leave during the Thanksgiving holiday and his truck broke down on I77. When I went to pick him up on Sunday it was discovered that the rear differential in the truck was shot. We had towing on our insurance policy and it was stipulated by the coverage that it was to be towed to this particular dealership. I gave my son my car so he could get back to his station on time.
On Monday I called the service department to find out if they could look at the truck and was informed that they couldn't get to it until the following week at the earliest. At that time I started making plans to go get it which took a day or two.
In the meantime, without any permission to proceed, they shoot a $5k estimate to my son which they claim they had 3hrs in. I could tell by standing at the road-side for 5 minutes that the rear differential was shot and would needed to be replaced. I don't understand what they would have that amount of time in.
To make things better they presented us with a bill over $200 for "looking at it" and wouldn't release the truck to the tow company to get it back to my home town area.
Nice job Parkway Chrysler. Supporting a serviceman that makes nothing. Unauthorized work on a vehicle and then holding the serviceman's vehicle hostage for...
