In a landscape dominated by fast food joints, I set out on a mission to find something better. Situated at the end of Dover's cool little downtown section, if you're not looking closely, you might miss it. But make your way inside, and you won't be disappointed. Despite the smallish appearance from the street, the restaurant is quite spacious.
As soon as you sit down, you will be greeted with a mountain of warm tortilla chips and fresh salsa. I had a difficult time choosing, so I asked my waitress to help. She made a few suggestions, and
I ended up going with the Camarones A La Diabla. It was outstanding! I finished the first bowl of salsa, and asked my waitress if she could bring some more, but something with a little more heat. She brought out some scratch-made hot sauce that was exactly what I was looking for. (I put it on everything!) My only regret was that I couldn't finish everything. I was stuffed!

Read moreI don’t plan on ever returning to this restaurant. I’ve heard great things about the food but haven’t had a worse experience. We stood waiting for a table for over an hour and then were told “we’re putting a table together for you now” 15 minutes later the hostess came up to us and asked if our party was willing to split up into two booths. What happened to the table that was getting ready? Less than ideal but we were starving at this point so we were willing to do anything. THEN another 5 minutes later we were told “actually we’re just getting your table is just getting ready now”. We stood there for another 10 minutes with no one saying a word to us. We finally decided to walk out. I understand it’s a Saturday night and you’re busy, but there’s a right and wrong way to go about things and you can’t do much...
Read moreWe had really bad service. Only one out of 3 people got exactly what we ordered. My meal had to be re-ordered 2x. My friends order was ordered 3x. She asked not to have sour cream added. When she got her order sour cream was on the plate with the food setting on top the sour cream. She asked for it to be re-ordeted. Food came out, all they did was take main dish food and put it on another plate. On the food you could see it was the same thing from first dish. It still had sour cream on it. So she showed them, they finally brought it out the 3rd time and that was fine. When we first got there we ordered Margaritas. It took 3x asking to actually get them. Will not be back. Took a long time. They charged full price with all of their mistakes. My time is valuable. I don't have time for all of...
