Negative stars for this business run by Heartless, soulless people and I would suggest not giving them your business for that reason alone. we went in to sell an item to them and they agreed to buy so while they were doing the paper work, that for some reason took forever I was trying to occupy my son and keep him from touching everything in the store well they had a tv WITH NO STAND on the bottom shelf with my son favorite movie on, the minions, so naturally he wanted to watch well he is only a year and half old and so he touched the tv and it fell over on him hard and was crying in pain because a huge tv just fell on him but the tv got some scratches on it and they got mad at us and made us pay for the tv! I understand they weren’t able to sell the tv anymore but it’s not our fault you put a tv with no stand on the bottom shelf for it to fall over with one little touch and not to mention there were no signs saying to be careful, or don’t touch, our son could have been seriously injured and we could have definitely sued you guys but lucky for them we aren’t those kind of people but I can’t get over the fact that all they cared about was getting money for the tv, and then they didn’t even give us the money for the item we were selling them and kept it like what kind of people are they.... people with no conscious that’s who!!! please people I urge to not give them your business and not to mention they bought that tv for $75 and we’re trying to sell it...

Showed up 40 minutes before close, and all the lights and signs out front were off, but I decided to try the door and found a few employees inside rushing to close for the day. I had a few items I was looking to sell and wanted to see if I could find a couple of tools I needed. Forgot to bring in my DL, which was in my girls' purse, who was only a few minutes down the road. But once the employee named Christian realized I didn't have my ID and before I could even tell him she would be there in a couple minutes he was already telling me they weren't interested in my tablet or welding machine (nor the 5 Tv's, fridge, drink cooler, shelving, sound equipment, etc. from closing my business that I didn't even get a chance to discuss) and said that it would be too much work at that time to do any business and I could come back tomorrow. At that point, I didn't even want to look for any tools I needed, just said eF it and left . Poor customer service. Employees didn't want to work. Missed out on a lot of potential good business/inventory and a good future customer. I will not...

Amazing manager like seriously I've worked customer service for a few years and the way tray handles his customers is something that can't be taught u just have to have it without a doubt tray brotha you are. definitely top tier.
