Taco Bell — Restaurant in Dunedin

My boyfriend and I come here a couple times a month, mostly during the mid night shift due to our hours at work. Usually the service isn't bad, but tonight (7/19), the service was absolutely terrible! While waiting for the car in front of us to finish his order at the speaker, the girl came on and said "is this... so and so?" and he says "yes" so the girl starts screaming in excitement! They talked through the speaker about how he's been doing and when he's moving. So finally, we get to the speaker, give her our order. By the time the car in front of us, we've already been waiting in line for 5 minutes. The guy in front of us gets to the window and they start talking some more. For literally 5 minutes we were sitting there, listening to their entire conversation. While all this is going on we hear her tell the next customer that they need to wait for their order! Just so she can talk to the guy in front of us! We were in the hospitality business and we completely blown away by her actions! When we FINALLY got to the window, she told us our total and just grabbed the money from by boyfriend. While the window is closed, we could hear her screaming at people inside! When she gave us our food, she opened the window and basically just dropped it in my boyfriend's hand. Didn't say thank you, have a nice night or anything. She didn't offer to give us any sauces either. We were so fed up with her by the time we left there. We got a good look at her name tag, even though it was on the right side of her shirt, her name is Amy. If the manager of this Taco Bell sees this, please do yourself and the business you're representing a favor, get rid of this VERY RUDE and VERY OBNOXIOUS girl. The ONLY reason I'm even giving it one star is because of the food. Would have been better with my Taco Bell hot sauce... We should have gone to McDonald's right down the street, the employees there are always so nice to us,...

I have no complaint about the cleanliness of the store or prompt service. I don't even have a problem with the quality of the food. I am extremely upset and disappointed in the person/persons who made my food incorrectly not once but twice. I went through the drive thru and got a $5.00 nacho fries box and 2 soft tacos with sour cream. In the box comes a beef burrito in which I asked please no beans. At the window I also asked if there were for sure no beans and she reassured me there was not. I checked my food as we pulled off and noticed there were tomatoes on my soft tacos in which I did not want or order. I went in and told them and they happily made me 2 new ones, the cashier said she didn't like tomatoes either. We get all the way home in downtown Clearwater by the beach and I went to eat my burrito in which had bean, I can't have Beans so there was no way I could eat it. Thank goodness for my two tacos, went to put sauce on them and tomatoes all over them. They re-made them with more tomatoes!! I could not believe it! I tried to call for 2 days, not one time did anyone answer the phone. There was no way for me to leave a message either. I called corporate and left a message in which I did not hear back from either. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Taco Bell on gulf to Bay in Clearwater is always good and I've never had a problem there. Check your orders carefully, they knew I couldn't have beans and even double checked yet still got them. Hi A very unpleasant experience. I will never visit this location on main Street ever again. We walked in after about 2 minutes an employee walk by the register and inform us that cashier we'll be right back to help us after about 2 minute the cashier arrive just before we place the order she received a phone call she looked at us and say those are my kids they much more important than you or the restaurant and took off. After about 2 minutes another cashier came and we place the order.from his we place the order two more customer arrived and place their order, all this time a couple of young employees in the kitchen we're having extra fun. After we realize the customer ahead of us only received their order we ask about our order and they said the order is coming right up. And then a minute or two later we heard an argument in the kitchen about who was supposed to make my order. Will we are listening to the argument in the kitchen after couple minutes we realize nobody even making our order. we waited 2 to 3 more minutes and decided to ask for a refund and to leave. All this time after we ask for refund no one offered to make up for the experience or even said sorry. This was a very bad experience. we will never go back to this location and I will tell all my friends and everybody I know about...
