I usually love going here and have the monthly membership for me and the little. After This past Tuesday I just don't know how I feel about it.
The place was clean, most everybody was friendly but the guy behind the counter(I don't know if he was the owner or just the manager, only seen him there maybe twice) began following me and my 4 year old. He said before we went up to jump, like they always do, please no running and one person per square. 👍.
About 7 or 8 minutes pass and my 4 year old climbs to the top with the hero of the padding, he sees it tells me thats not allowed. I told him alright for my kid off of the pad. While I did that he goes and talks to the worker nearest us, in which case she is eyeing us the whole time. She at least attempted to not make it obvious. Mind you there's a birthday party there at the time along with 3 other families running around jumping and doing other things.
We get stopped 3 times by this guy, the last time being where the basketball goals are and he stood behind us over 10 minutes watching us. We were doing NOTHING wrong and I purposely waited and acted as though I didn't know he was there to see how long it took him to say something. He says he didn't mind us being on there but didn't want me to jump with them on it. 1) we weren't jumping, a ball would be thrown and they would try to get under my leg, where I would flip them and land on their back. 2) 3 groups of other people were on either side at one point with multiple people jumping at the same time and nothing was said. After buying the 1hr pass I decided to leave early as I didn't feel like having anymore "issues" if someone knows who the Indian guy is I would love to know as it's literally been bothering me since Tuesday. They will be getting a call today as well.

Read moreI had my son's 7th birthday party their. I tried calling the place the morning of the party but was unable to get anyone on the phone. I arrived to the place and it seemed as they were understaffed only 2 people running the front. We waited briefly for the staff to come over he was the owner. I thought it was rude of him when he told the other customers they had to wait until he finished while he waited on me, instead he should have had someone to assist them and the line was long. The place seemed very unorganized. I got the game room for the party and the room was not cleaned even though we were told that the room was being cleaned when we got their. I had to clean the tables, and we had to wait on them to set up the games system's. The pizza as was in the contract wasn't what we got it was uncooked and nasty the pitchers of drinks were so small. I was so disappointed and my son didn't get his shirt that was supposed to be apart of his package. I've gone to skyzone in Raleigh before and it was a great experience staff was on the ball and the food was great. I won't ever go to this place again due to the poor service even the staff member said that he worked for the Raleigh skyzone and its not like this at all. When I called back to the place I still couldn't get threw I had to go to the website and leave and email to only get called back 3 days later. All to find out that I wasn't the only one whom had a bad experience that day. I'm still not able to get my shirt that my son was supposed to get, and the owner won't even call and talk to me about the situation at all. Poor poor customer service. Read moreI scheduled a birthday party here for my son. We purchased a 10 kid package, with shirts and socks. We paid $40 to bring outside food. Two days before my son's party we got a call stating that the charge for outside food was not included in what we paid and we needed to pay additional money if we wanted to bring food .We had a budget so we were not able to pay additional funds due to other party expenses...We had no other choice but to cancel the party. The lady argued us down that we were not told these items were included (as an add on) because we just got the "Standard Package with no add on's. She stated WE HAD NO ADDITIONAL ADD ONS, which we clearly discussed with the gentleman who helped us the day we went there to pay. She says he wasn't a party coordinator and he misinformed us. We did purchase the standard 10 kid glow party,socks and outside food. Due to the it being outside of the 14 day cancellation we were not able to get a cash refund but instead refunded our $137.50 deposit via gift card. When we picked up the gift card a copy of our receipt and everything we paid for was listed. Our entire total was 315.00. We had in fact paid for 1 60 minute glow standard party,THE PACKAGE,SOCKS,3 PIZZA'S and OUTSIDE FOOD! My 7 year old son was crushed!!!!! The worker who called was RUDE, called us a liar and caused us to have to cancel my child's party just 2 days before and to top it all off we had paid for everything!!! I have the receipt to prove it! Maybe someone was trying to pocket cash...We were treated poorly and my son's party was ruined! I will never go here for anything again! My son can't get...
