Very disrespectful employees/bar tender what ever you wanna call them came in there to shoot some pool and drink couple beers with some friends like everyone does and the guy tells me I half to wait even tho there was like 3 pool tables open but no big deal right I’m a patient guy. But then this women said she was done shooting and we can take her table and the guy behind bar says oh your just so very polite aren’t you but I’m the one who runs this show not you in a very unpleasant sarcastic manner this was all in a matter of 2 minutes of me being in there and then I ask for a miller lite he said I don’t have that so I ask for a corona extra he said I don’t have that so I told him are your just bullshiting me or being serious he said what you think we are a gas station. Like they was just unprofessional like those are the top 5 most popular beers but he’s gonna tell me do we look like a gas station. I will never go back there again it wasn’t even all that nice anyways looked depressed lights are so deem surprise you can shoot pool. Not my usual forte to write a review, but The GREEN ROOM, namely the owner Michael has inspired me to spread the word to all my fellow pool lovers. Haven just moved to this area from out of state, I needed to find a local place to play and immerse myself into the local pool scene. I felt at home with the comfort level I instantly found at the GREEN ROOM. The atmosphere and vibes are very inviting and tables are obviously taken care of and maintained consistently. All the employees are very friendly and down to earth. The OWNER Michael is the epitome of a pool hall business owner. He has a real passion for the game and is extremely inviting and personable. Without knowing how serious of a pool junkie I am, Michael made me feel like I never left my "home" pool hall where I grew up playing. I knew then that I have found my new "home" pool hall!!!! I highly recommend to anybody looking for a real "players" pool hall with great tables and/or to anybody looking for a fun, sports bar type atmosphere to look no further, both interests balanced perfectly!!! A fantastic, classic pool hall with a mix of vintage and modern tables. All the tables are kept in the best condition possible even though the building is somewhat falling apart around them. The aging building and the out-of-date flyers on the walls truly add to the charm and atmosphere, however. It is a pool hall through and through. "No food, no pinball machines, no bowling alleys, just pool, nothing else, this is the Green Room mister."

They've got an impressive collection of beers and the snarky-yet-welcoming staff fit the place perfectly. They've got one big TV over the bar that seems to always be playing some great / awful, old school movie like Conan the Barbarian, and truly good heavy metal is always bleeding through the speakers without blaring. Great prices and one of the truly great pool halls on the east coast.
