My name is Marcus BREEDEN. I come to this Burger King every morning and every afternoon whoever the manager guy is skinny tall with glasses he is the most rudest person I have ever met. I’ve been coming to this Burger King since I was a child I remember when my cousin took over that Burger King Became the manager what his way from the bottom to having partnership or owning this particular, Burger King in his name was Ronnell Faison To make a long story short, whoever the guy that works in the morning, the older man Is very rude. His attitude sucks and he gives me a hard time every morning every day that I come up there I would no longer be coming to this Burger King ever again in life. Read moreI recently visited the Burger King drive-thru and placed an order. Upon receiving my drink from Mr. Jermaine, the manager, I noticed that it was not full. I politely requested that he top it off. However, he suddenly became aggressive, disrespectful, and rude. I reminded him that, as a customer service representative, it was his duty to provide respectful service. He replied that if I didn't like Burger King, I shouldn't come there. I explained that I do like Burger King, but I dislike encountering rude staff members like him. He repeated his previous statement and walked away. Later, he handed Ms. Justice a bag to give to me, then yelled at me, saying it was the wrong food. I exited my vehicle and told him that he had given Ms. Justice the incorrect bag, and that he should strive to be more professional. He then attempted to hit me through the window. I warned him that I would report the incident to corporate, which I did. I strongly suggest that Mr. Jermaine be removed from his position, as his behavior is detrimental to the customer experience....

I asked for the Patty to be well done which I always do and they have me pull up to the door to wait because it takes a few extra minutes to get it well done. When I get to the window I tell them I forgot to tell them no Mayo. The man working the window, who is normally very pleasant, looked at me and sighed heavily rolled his eyes and turned around and walked away. I could hear him telling whoever in the kitchen that I didn’t want Mayo on the sandwich. Then I heard him saying repeatedly “I know man, she just said it when she got to the window” in a clearly irritated tone. Which tells me that the person handling my food was pissed off.
