Valley Terrace — Attraction in Durham

I’ve really enjoyed living at Valley Terrace Apartments. The community is beautiful, and the common areas are always so well maintained — it’s clear the staff takes great pride in keeping everything clean and welcoming.

Mrs. Browning, the property manager, is absolutely wonderful. She’s always so helpful and kind, and every time I visit the office, it’s a pleasant experience. She truly goes above and beyond for the residents.

I’ve also noticed a big improvement with maintenance lately. Since the recent changes, work orders are being completed much faster, and the jobs are done right the first time. It’s made such a difference — I feel much more at ease knowing everything is being handled promptly and professionally.

Overall, Valley Terrace Apartments has become an even better place to live. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable, and beautiful community...

Seems pretty easy to get in - Dogs can roam and crap anywhere on the property and easily accessible to other peoples lawns if needed. No poop bags used or required. Weekly trash pickup is overflowing constantly and as an option you can just throw your trash anywhere close to the dumpster - some tenants place their trash on their car trunks and just let it fall off on the main road if they forget to stop at the dumpster. Pool is always closed every year to make sure the kids are happy. The parking lots specialize in muffler removal for sound optimizing to ensure everyone is aware when tenants come and go. I absolutely love living at Valley Terrace Apartments! Nora, the manager, is truly exceptional. She always has a warm, welcoming smile and an incredible energy that makes everyone feel at ease. No matter how challenging an issue might be, she handles it with remarkable grace and speed, always finding a solution that leaves me feeling confident and cared for. It’s rare to find someone so skilled at what they do!
